It was okay, but I don't like the automatic service fee included for groups. I'd much rather have the option to determine whether the service was worth a tip at an individual level. I guess it's implemented due to some patrons skipping out on a tip, but that's more of an individual thing in my opinion. I realize it's probably an industry standard, but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

Go to this one. Great service, food is really good. Unfortunately no tvs to watch and the music can be a bit loud but not really a negative as it fits the theme.
I cannot recommend the one downtown but this one is a slam dunk yes.

The nachos are top notch quality. So much flavor packed into every bite and stacked high with plenty of toppings. The pickled onions are a favorite nachos topping of mine. The drinks are also perfection. The margaritas and sangria are fruity and flavorful.

The 3 star rating for service had nothing to do with the waitress herself....the place was very busy, she was the only server....and the food took a long time to arrive, but was very good when it did.

Very good service and the food was good. The margaritas are good and I like the option to have any margarita frozen or classic. The chips and salsa were a surprisingly large portion considering how cheap they are priced. Tacos are priced normally and tasty albeit a little plain. Will definitely be back to try out some other menu options and different margaritas.

Sad really. Long line getting served and the food was not hot. Service was mediocre at best. No checking in with the table to explain the wait or ask did we want anything else. Disappointing for sure

We had a reservation tonight at 6:30 PM to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday. Our group included 11 adults, 3 children, and a baby. While the restaurant was somewhat busy when we arrived, it certainly wasn’t full. Despite that, we waited an hour just to place our orders. Once we finally ordered, it took another hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive—much of it was cold, and some dishes appeared to have been reheated.
After the plates were cleared, we were given the bills and debit machine, but no one followed up to offer additional service—or even to bring the 3 kids' desserts, which we had already been charged for. Needless to say, the desserts never came.
If you’re considering booking a table here for a family gathering or a night out with friends, I’d recommend thinking twice. Between the 2.5-hour wait for dinner, the underwhelming food quality, and being charged for items we never received, the experience was extremely disappointing. To top it off, an automatic gratuity was added to the bill—effectively charging us for service we didn’t get.

Great service . Food was great . Margarita’s were amazing ! My only complaint would be it’s way overpriced. We had 3 drinks , nachos with small bits of chicken on it ,and a small wing appetizer and it came to $130 . You’d honestly get more for your money at The Keg.
