The ice cream is OK, but it is heavily overpriced. I can get a custard cone at Burger King for less than half the price, and it's just as good. I also stopped buying the blizzard because it tastes waxy, not like ice cream should taste.

Ice cream was good but the mushroom cheddar burger was awful. The bottom bun was sopping wet and mushy. Took one bite and the taste was fine but the texture was revolting. It immediately fell apart after that and was impossible to hold even if I wanted to keep eating. Waste of money.

There were about 6 employees who ignored me and my order , but one lady saw me and quickly took my order and when she saw i was being ignored by employees in the back she went and made my order .

I've been a firm believer that DQ has the best fast-food chicken for a while now, and I'll fairly frequently stop by for the two crispy wraps. Lately their drive thru service has been going down hill and today I got a wrap that was
1. Not wrapped 2. Full of rips and tears 3.an absolute mess 4. Overcooked smaller pieces of chicken
The girl on drive thru kept hiding her face halfway behind the center pillar of the drive thru window while staring at me with her eyes as wide as they can go. Didn't say a word just shoved her arm out the window with the debit machine. Then I realise that both of my wraps looks like the ones pictured

I came here for lunch and it took me 15 minutes to get my food and I was late getting back to school. also, I ordered three things and I only got one out of three. applesauce was on the menu, but then I ordered applesauce and paid for applesauce and then they didn’t give it to me because apparently they don’t have applesauce.

$30 for a 4 piece and 6 piece chicken strip basket (with no drinks) is crazy. Serving sizes on the onion rings and fries is subpar, and the food wasn't even that good

So I'm going to assume that skip/D.D and drive through takes priority over counter sales?
My wife and I were standing at the counter (no one else there) while two cashiers were ringing in delivery orders.
After about five minutes we finally got our order in, 15 minutes later, still just us there, we're still waiting on our order as cars keep being served at the drive through.
I know you put staff where it's busy, but you shouldn't leave customers waiting extra long either.
