I came here at 5:15 and they had no hot and ready menu options available for immediate purchase. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. This is unacceptable really.

Walked in to restaurant two employees down back cleaning. Opened the main door twice to alert staff that a customer was entering but to no avail. I had to bang hard on the counter to get staff attention. I asked for a pizza, received food paid, and left.
Got home. The pizza must have been in the oven two hrs before I arrived. Worst pizza I ever had. Wouldn't be go back.

We had a pizza that was super doughy to the point where all the toppings were falling off. At least make crust cooked and the dough cooked, there is no excuse for this, this is unacceptable we had little caesars in mount pearl and st johns and never had this issue do better, please!

I love me some lil caesars but this location never adds enough seasoning to the crazy bread. it's just bread at that point bro

I didn’t want to leave a bad review so I will leave a neutral review because in the end we did finally receive a very yummy and fully cooked pizza, however the staff made it a very uncomfortable experience.

Ordered a deep dish pizza through Caesar’s app to get delivery, pizza was undercooked and it tasted really yeasty. Taking all the toppings off it was easy to squish finger prints in the half cooked dough. I called the store and they were nice about it and my partner said they were very apologetic. Guess what happened then? We got another HALF cooked pizza. Sigh. We were gonna let it go but the next day I thought about how much it cost and how there were 2 uncooked pizza now in my fridge. So I called again, spoke to a supervisor who told me that we had a free pizza on the house. All I requested was that we not get the deep dish and go with the regular trusty dough instead. I told him I would bring the 2 pizzas with me but he said it was ok and to throw them out.
Garbage day is coming up so they will stay in the fridge until the truck comes so it won’t get all stinky in the heat. Good thing I kept the pizzas so I could take pictures for this review.
I called the store to let them know before hand that I was sending my partner to get our replacement pizza, and that it wasn’t a deep dish to clarify. Everything seemed ok sent my partner, then I get a call from him from the store asking if I had not set it up for him to get the pizza that they were basically integrating him, multiple employees asked to see the pictures and proceeded ask him question. he provided a pic of one of the pieces close up to show how it was raw but they wanted to see pictures of the whole pizza along side the raw slice he showed. They were very skeptic and said they have never had a complaint about raw pizza in 2 years and keep making comments about how a regular pep pizza cost more than a deep dish pizza, which is actually $1 cheaper. There was a big going on in the store and when the girl came back with the pizza she said I was the one that made the 2nd pizza. Then she laid the box with the 3rd non deep dish pizza on the counter opened it up and said, is it cooked good enough for you???
These employers weren’t managers or supervisors. They took their own initiative to grill my partner and treat us like we were lying and ate the other pizzas. If a manager or supervisor tells a customer that they have a free replacement, there shouldn’t be that kind of behaviour from the employees in the store. It’s too bad, because the 3rd pizza was amazing: well cooked. But the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth.
Attaching pictures showing all 3 pizzas together at once proving we didn’t eat the other 2….and that they were indeed undercooked!

The pizza did not have traditional pizza seasoning - just LOTS of salt. We ordered stuffed crust with pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon and tomato. It should have been good. It was not! And they do not answer the phone or have any room to leave a message so it is impossible to communicate with them to get any satisfaction. I will not return.

Pizza was undercooked. Dough was raw toward middle. Service personnel were excellent and pie had lots of toppings.
