Excellent service, excellent ice cream, I will be back again and again!

Staff were great in accommodating our requests for changes - ice cream was wonderful - a definite return is warranted!
A little patio decking and overhead cover would go a long way in case of rain or extreme sun like the bars and restaurants downtown. We ate in our car due to the wind but are not deterred from going back with our granddaughter.

We had an excellent experience at Lizzy Lou’s. As soon as I mentioned my daughter’s peanut allergy the employee went through each ingredient with me to double check the labels for peanuts. They were so friendly and accommodating. And our sundaes were delicious.

I got the triple scoop, thinking it would just be 3 normal scoops of ice cream. No. They basically gave me a litre of ice cream on a sturdy waffle cone. It was so much I had to put it in a cup and take it with me. I put most of it in my freezer and it lasted me 2 days. It was like $6. And in all that, I forgot to mention how good it was

My granddaughter wanted a ‘big scoop’ and boy did they deliver. !! She was very happy With her ice cream size - huge!!

So many options and had a lactose free option for my daughter who can’t eat dairy which was a big plus! We will be back!

This place honestly seems like a bit of a money grab. The ice cream here is just the same cheap stuff you can buy at the store, and same goes for the ingredients. Just generic no name brand everything.

Pretty sweet!
Ice-cream was tasty and appealing. I wasn't a fan of the syrup they add to the sundaes but besides that, sundaes were great.
Serving size was worth the $8.
Staff were friendly and professional.
A lot of awesome flavors on the menu but didn't notice any special items for special diets.
Picnic tables available and plenty of parking.

They are not kidding around on their ice cream scoop size here ? The banana split was so delicious but also humongous. I love that they let you customize with ice cream flavors and toppings.
