Was standing and waiting about 10 minutes for the initial order, then once that was received I realized they forgot to include something. I went back up and waited about 5 minutes to speak to someone to get the forgotten item, the employees looked at me but chose to ignore me. After those 5 minutes I sent my boyfriend up to get it and he was acknowledged almost immediately. It wasnt busy either, the supervisor/manager was talking about letting some employees go for the night.

Doordashed from this place now my bag was not tampered with. The bag was completely sealed when I got it yet they managed to forget an entire two Happy meals and drinks Somehow. I don't get how an employee can be that dense that they forget to add an entire two meals and I'm currently shaking in rage because of how upset and distraught I am over losing my two meals. This is horrible because me and my friends were absolutely famished. We had not eaten much today yet. They managed to forget our two meals and we are extremely distressed and this is causing us to be extremely upset over losing our meals. mcDonald's do better.

Slow service, cold fries. They sure pay attention to the drive thru but walk in.... not so much. 20min for a quarter pounder meal and yes like I said cold fries to boot. Better luck next time I guess

A pretty good place, clean and nice. 3/5 because there's no free fountain drinks - every next refill has to be a separate order. And orders are messed up frequently, out of 3 orders me and my friends made one had a missing item (which was provided when brought up) and another item was mistakingly substituted for another one. But overall good, except for no fountain drinks

What I liked was the really tasty burger, the hot fries, and poutine. What I didn’t like was that, although there weren’t many people, the place was dirty, and I had to wait about 3–4 minutes at the counter even though there was no one in front of me—just two people waiting for their orders. I think that’s too long to be standing at the counter, especially when people in the kitchen can see you and no one tells the cashier to come.

I ordered off the site from this store. They gave me the wrong order. No big deal. Called the number on the receipt. They confirmed it was the wrong order and to go to the restaurant and exchange it for my order…. I went in to get my correct order. I was giving the manager to speak to. I explained that I received the wrong order. I showed her what I ordered on the app and what I received. She then told me she couldn’t give me my correct order because it wasn’t her fault. She then proceeded to walk away from me. I didn’t get my food, she took back the wrong order and never refunded my money (over 50$). She was rude and I’m absolutely never returning to this business again. Unfortunately one bad employee can ruin your evening, I do a treat meal for my kids once a month and this was it. what showed up was two meals and what I ordered was for four. So in the end, McDonald’s ended up stealing my money and I wasn’t able to get my kids their special meal of the month. Shame on that store manager .

Gotta take certain people off the drive thru. Shouldn’t be hard to comprehend a “cheeseburger happy meal”. Took the guy 5 mins to even understand what I was asking for, and they still messed up the order. It’s a cheeseburger happy meal guys, come on. Place gets worse everyday, would recommend mount pearl before paradise
