If you are the manager or owner of this location.... you should start going through the drive-thur at random times and see what we deal with. I pull up to the speaker and the guy says to me "Hey". So I respond "Hey" and he asks "are you going to order?". So I do. I have to constantly repeat myself because he can't hear me. And when I get to the window he had loud music playing from his cellphone in another language right on the counter by the window. So it's no wonder why he can't hear me when I'm saying my order. Like come on.

On this particular visit as a Door Dasher, I was waiting over 15 minutes for a customers order which by design is supposed to be ready when I arrive.
They were friendly and polite. I ordered crispy chicken wrap and it was well done.

Sadly we didn’t catch the guys name but the young man working today at this location gave us some of the best customer service we have received in Newfoundland in awhile. Give this man a raise! His coworker did a great job as well.

Drive thru is worst than the line inside even with only just one car in lane. It’s never busy in drive thru. Upon checking that they might be busy, staff is available just not helping customers… its the same every time! I hate to leave bad reviews but really hoping this can be addressed so i can repost my review with positive feedback.

I had a great experience! Amy and Kevin served me, they were so polite and helpful. They greeted with a smile and i felt so welcome! They took the time and care to make my sandwiches to perfection! It tasted so good. Overall great experience will be returning.
