I went to this Subway last week with my son on a beautiful day, thinking it would be a quick and easy stop for a sandwich. The food itself was fine, but the service was really disappointing. The employees seemed uninterested and even rolled their eyes, which made the experience uncomfortable. The restaurant was quiet, but the lack of a welcoming attitude made it feel awkward. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Great team. Convenient and fast. Tonight was Halloween, and despite only having two staff at first, they were courteous.

My only recommendation would be for them to call out the names of pickup orders if it’s busy.

Like most places they hire non Canadian born subsidized workers. Language barrier is a thing but they are pretty decent at that store. They don't know the specials very good. If its online they tell you to order on the app rather than giving you the app special which just slows things down so much you just don't even use it. The sub was pretty good.

Put a order online picked it up got home my wife bite into her sub and it was wrong and so was mine. I went back and told them the employee accused me of eating half of the sub and that next time they won't be taking any returns. Why in the world would I want to drive back to subway from my house to get part of a sub free. He kept arguing with me, horrible experience and I won't be going back.

Thay didn't cut my footlong sub in half I asked for the number 15 and he asked me what I wanted on it for the whole sub even though I told him that I wanted it with everything that's on the sign I go to any other subway and thay go to town putting everything on it and at least thay don't forget to cut my

Last two experiences here were pretty lackluster. Staff weren't competent enough to know how to sub steak for chicken on a sandwich and wound up getting something other than what I wanted. Second time around the guy making the sandwiches put about 6 leaves of spinach, 3 slices of tomato, never said a word or looked me in the eye. Asked for crispy onions and he just dumped the dust from the bottom of the container into the middle of the sub and looked at me blankly waiting for me to obviously ask for more.Do better guys, it's not that hard.
