I NEVER get the right sub when I order delivery from here.

Your business model is going to loose you business. Prioritizing phone orders over customers standing at the counter is not good. I was the second customer in line of six your whole staff worked on a large order for over 5 minutes with us standing around They got to me and another phone order came in and got bumped ahead of the four customers behind me. I will choose to go somewhere else that values the Paying customer that has come to your store.

Don’t bother showing up for lunch.
Went 3 times in two weeks, every single time the line up could have 7-8 people, and they focus more on mobile orders. Will make 3 subs before serving a customer.
Should have someone designated to it instead of taking 25 min to get through a line up for a sandwich.

Bad service from manager. I really respected all the people and know that the all people who work at store tried their best to provide best service to customers but I am disappointed about this situation that happened to me. I had a deal on my sub app so I showed to staff member and also told him that I have this offer and he scanned my app code and then he said it is done and I got off but the amount he told me to pay is more according to my offer so I asked him again for reconfirming and he said yes it applied then I said okey I paid the amount and ask him for the receipt and when I see the receipt there is no off on my order and when I showed receipt to other staff he asked the same staff that it did not work then why you charge, that white guy lied to his colleague that it works and showed the off on order as well and his colleague was talking to him but he knows that it was his mistake so he ignored his colleague and went back. So the other brown man told me he will talk to manager about refund as they do not know how to refund. They asked me wait but after 30 minutes they said our manager is not here we called him he did pick his call and they text him about the situation and they took my contact information so that manager will call me back for refund. I said okey no problem and it is been 3 weeks but I did not get any call back from manager. I am really disappointed and frustrated about the store and management services that how they play with people.

I went to this Subway last week with my son on a beautiful day, thinking it would be a quick and easy stop for a sandwich. The food itself was fine, but the service was really disappointing. The employees seemed uninterested and even rolled their eyes, which made the experience uncomfortable. The restaurant was quiet, but the lack of a welcoming attitude made it feel awkward. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Great team. Convenient and fast. Tonight was Halloween, and despite only having two staff at first, they were courteous.
My only recommendation would be for them to call out the names of pickup orders if it’s busy.

Can u be more slower , besides this one girl who actually knows how to speak English and actually cares about customer service. Idk what the rest of them are doing ! Why hire people who cant get the job done @management

If you order online take way from here, open the bag and check your order. This store can't follow basic instructions and constantly mess up orders. Subway at North Atlantic is much better.

Like most places they hire non Canadian born subsidized workers. Language barrier is a thing but they are pretty decent at that store. They don't know the specials very good. If its online they tell you to order on the app rather than giving you the app special which just slows things down so much you just don't even use it. The sub was pretty good.
