I always order breakfast without any pork-containing items, for example, sausage or bacon. I can't eat them due to an allergy. This is the third time I've received the wrong meal and only found out after leaving. It's just a waste of money.

Went there today and this may seem petty but oh well…. I went there today with a survey coupon to get a beverage for $1 and the employee took it and I’m guessing didn’t know how to apply it but pretended to do it. Didn’t tell me the total( only an FV which should have been $1.15)and when I checked my bank I was charged full price,$3.76 instead of the discounted price. If you don’t know how to do your job you should ask for help instead of ripping off the customers. This isn’t the first time this has happened and it just pisses me off how dishonest it is.

Placed the order instore. Got my coffees wrong the first time. Checked it on my way back to home and had to come back to store to get the drinks replaced. The second time got the drinks wrong again, the coffee tasted burnt and had to throw them out in the end. Complete waste of my time and money. On top of that when I went back to get the drinks replaced the girl with piercings showed attitude rolled her eyes as if it was such a big inconvenience for her. If you don’t want people coming back and complaining try making their food correct the first time. Horrible horrible experience. Never coming back here!!!

I visit Tim's in Paradise daily and Sheri Lawlor is the most pleasant and friendly person she always makes her customers feel like family and it makes you want to come back time and time again just to see her friendly face
Tim’s in Paradise is the best in the metro area in my opinion. And that is 100% due to the Amazing staff! I’ve know Margo and Lorraine for a few years now, strictly from Tim’s, they are always kind, funny and a great addition to my morning routine, and since Sherry has moved to this location she brings the same energy. I call them my Tim’s buddies now, they recognize my car and pups and ask about my family and day, it makes it so much more personal, as a regular customer I appreciate that. There are also so many other great, kind, reliable (getting my order correct) staff there who I cannot name by name, always with a smile and kindness to share. The young guy who is typically on the drive through in the morning is knowledgeable about the system, he can input the orders quickly without mistakes and ensuring you get the best deal if applicable, the staff are all very patient and kind. There are a few men who frequent the location who have developmental issues and I’ve only ever witnessed kindness from the staff towards them, even when I know it must sometimes be frustrating as it’s a busy location. I also nice that they hire young local students to work afternoon shifts or on the weekends. It’s an environment, while busy and demanding, that I would encourage my own teen to apply too when the time comes for her to look for a part time job. I really hope upper management recognizes the diamonds they have in their staff as it’s what keeps brining me back, knowing my Order will be correct, and served with a smile. Much appreciation to you all!

Giving it a one star on food cause it's been a month now that they haven't had any peppermint tea. Every other Tim's in the area/Avalon has it so it's not a global supply issue or anything. Great management (sarcasm in case you didn't know).
Be careful when going through the drive through. I had a, $16.87 order. When I checked my e-statement they put the same order through twice. Double charged for 1 order.

Worst service, experience and drink accuracy I’ve ever had. It took 10 entire minutes to get a response at the box and I had to verbally yell in order for them to respond, despite nobody being in front of me, there were 3 of them and one of them swore in front of me, both drinks are completely wrong despite me confirming my order 3 times. It also took over 7 minutes for me to have my drinks made. 17 entire minutes and they got two drinks wrong. Absolute and complete incompetence. They keep hiring people who shouldn’t be there and cut the shifts of the staff that should. Unbelievable.

This has to be the worst Tim's I've been to yet! The store was dirty and ordered chicken bowls and chicken wraps,,,girl said out of rice for them both. Ordered 2 garlic breads got home only one in the bag! And let's not go there with thd language barrier, guess that came with an additude
