Not many establishments to dine in and around Port Rexton, where the featured attraction is the spectacular Skerwink trail along the coastal bluffs. Very happy to find a good craft brewery with an array of ales in an interesting space with ample outdoor seating when weather allows. Food is grilled cheese sandwiches with a range of optional add-ons, and fries/chips with various toppings. Well-made and more than adequate after a 3 hour hike. Liked the IPA the best, but then I always do.

I ordered drinks from this bar while my family waited for our food order from Oh My Cheeses, the food truck next door. (The pub and truck can be treated as one, even if they are technically two separate businesses). While we did not sit inside the bar, I did take a look inside the pub, which has fun decor and a very nice patio. The blond beer that I drank was also good.

We really loved the beer and the atmosphere at the port rexton brewery. We were also able to get food outside at the grilled cheese shop. Lots of games available to sit and play while you enjoy your drinks! Really great time overall and highly recommend visiting. They also sell merch like glasses and shirts

Great brewery! Really nice space, there’s a lot of seating both inside and outside and both have a great atmosphere. They have a nice selection of brews which were all pretty tasty and the grilled cheese and fries were a nice addition. They also had an open mic and some live music which made for a nice night!

We went mainly for Oh My Cheeses food but the gluten free raspberry sour was so good we went back again! The gf poutine was pretty good but the Street fries and “award winning violet grilled cheese on gf bread with balsamic drizzle” was excellent ? cooler weather had us sitting in. Lots of bleach cleaner used. ?

This was one of our favourite breweries while travelling through Newfoundland earlier this month! The beers were delicious, I even tried one of the GF sour beers which I absolutely loved. Atmosphere and ambience were very cool. Loved the cheese food truck that’s attached, we tried couple different sandwiches and the street fries, and it was all so yummy! Highly recommend stopping in here, especially after you’ve hiked the Skerwink trail!
