One of the best places to stay on the island!
We stayed in this hotel last week and enjoyed every minute. The location was perfect for our sightseeing plans. The staff were amazing and would go above and beyond for you. We loved the cleanliness, atmosphere and food in the hotels restaurant. I highly recommend staying at the Ocean View and we will be back next year!

The Anchor Pub offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views, especially from the patio that overlooks the water and sunsets. Live music is a highlight inside the bar, creating a lively atmosphere. The Fish and Chips are highly praised, with one reviewer calling it the best they’ve had in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. However, some find the overall price a little expensive. The coleslaw could use more sauce, but the food is generally good, with generous portions and amazing service. The Caesar salad is a highlight, made with real bacon. While the pasta dishes receive mixed reviews, the lobster roll has also won over customers. Live entertainment is available, and the staff are extremely friendly, particularly Paulette, who is noted as the glue that keeps the place together. Although the pub can get busy, especially during peak seasons, it remains a favorite spot for visitors. The overall experience at the pub is known for excellent service and food, making it a highlight of any trip.
