Very friendly staff and cute place but chowder was a real disappointment. $17+/bowl was mostly potatoes and broth thickened with flower and or corn starch, not butter and cream. Very little seafood in either bowl we got... Bread it came with was tasty but served with margerine not butter.
Coffee shop with lots of souvenirs and Knick knacks. I wanted coffee beans ground for French press at a coffee shop but the woman behind the counter acted like I was expecting too much. Maybe I was. A little snarky on the response.
Stopped in for some food before departing rocky Harbour. Very busy spot with a constant flow of People getting breakfast or just grabbing a coffee. Stuck with more of a traditional breakfast which was great. Good tasting and cooked perfect. Toutons were spot on. Staff were great to deal with. They use jumping bean coffee which was is nice. Lots of crafts for sale which you can browse while you wait for your meal. Small craft shop also downstairs. Parking is my only complaint...
