Didn't eat there. Bought some souvenirs. An Ugly Stick

I can see why they sell so many fishcakes, they tasted amazing! I had a delicious and filling breakfast and I also did takeout to bring a sandwich to go hiking and I was very happy. As I waited for my food I walked around their store and they had so many amazing souvenirs for sale, something for everyone. And the staff were so kind!

Friendly service, we ordered moose burgers, moose sausage, moose slider and moose soup for tasting. They are very dried and gamey. Not what we expected. Moose meat is not my taste.

I really enjoyed my impromptu lunch today. This is a small establishment so be patient, but you will be rewarded. I had a great traditional lunch of fish cakes, toutons, and homemade beans. The food was hot, fresh, and homemade

Very solid breakfast spot. Had the breakfast sandwich, partridge berry muffins and coffee and all were quite good

They have decent vegetarian options as well. Almond and soy milk for coffee and several options specifically called out on the menu

Treasure Box Café – Cozy Charm & Endless Souvenirs
The Treasure Box Café has a cozy, cluttered aesthetic that I instantly fell in love with. The place was bustling when I visited—tables full, staff busy—so I didn’t end up eating here. Instead, I happily (and accidentally) blew way over my budget on souvenirs. And what a selection! They have an incredible variety—almost anything you could imagine—making it one of the most impressive souvenir stops I’ve seen.

My only minor gripe is the bathroom location, tucked right beside the cashier and café counter. Still, the constant crowd is a testament to how amazing this place is. I went back three or four times during my trip, and it was busy every single time.

A charming little ma and pa place with gift shop and nick jacks. I had the BEST homemade moose burger ever. A large perfectly seasoned lean tasty burger, the owners husband is the hunter.Friendly service.
I will go back and get 2 next time. Highly recommended and love supporting these hidden gems.
