Food was super and they had decent beer too (no watery fizz). Mooseburger was great.

Maybe we are used to Midwest USA meat but the moose stew meat was almost unchewable as was the beef in the hot beef sandwich. Mashed potatoes literally tasted like dry boiled potatoes, no butter or cream or salt

They were very busy, but still made sure everything was clean and all the guests were taken care of.

Great views, but overpriced. Had Cod Au Gratin that looked like it was served in a butter dish, and had barely any cod. Thought I had ordered the lunch portion, but nope. Wife ordered dinner salad that was similar to a side portion. The only saving grace was our server. She was fantastic, and basically apologized for the portions.
what a place... beautiful the view is killer

Our server was very kind and very helpful in explaining some food items (what they are). We had cod tongues and this seafood platter + a kids meal.

Excellent location and the food was good too.
Great location for a restaurant. The view is, of course, weather sensitive. One can only imagine the vista when skies are clear. The atmosphere was plain, adequate for the purpose of dining. The service was like an early rehearsal for a complex play, a few performance issues that remained to be mastered. Our server was very pleasant despite a demanding workload. As for the food, it was quite enjoyable. I did not have room for a dessert portion. I'm certain, however, that it would have been a treat.

Absolutely the best seafood restaurant I have ever experienced, once nine years ago and yesterday. Order the light-keeper dish, with a selection of the catch of the day ultra fresh seafood, you will be amazed.
Very strange lunch. The reviews were so great and we were excited for a healthy, home cooked, local food. But my husband’s lunch never did come. I was slowwwwly eating mine and after a half hour, we asked about his order, and it was clear it had been forgotten (we were told they were “all backed up” but there was never more than one other couple in the restaurant eating.)
We finally just asked for it to go and my husband ate half my sandwich.
Unfortunately, what came in the to-go box had no magic… two plain fish cakes, and a small container of baked beans, for $18.00.
Sandwich was ok.
Probably not the usual experience folks have.
The view is lovely.
