The food is great and the fish is exceptionally fresh. You can enjoy the natural fish taste with the original fried fish. If you need a little extra flavor, feel free to sprinkle in pepper or salt to add flavor to your meal.
There are restrooms in the store, which are very clean.
When we visited, it was already the end of the tourist season. There were two people in the store providing service. Although they were busy, they still greeted our group of people warmly.

Fantastic food and service! We happened upon Da Birds Eye on our way down the coast; despite just wrapping up hosting the Targa Rally racers and crew, they welcomed us in for fresh caught cod. Definitely returning!!

My partner and I shared the cod fish and chips, and pan fried cod. The cod had just come in fresh that day! Both the cook and the waitress have fishermen husbands that bring in fresh fish for the restaurant. Best fish and chips I've had in my life. And the pan fried cod? It was the best fish I've ever had in my 40 years of life. Exactly what I was looking for in a restaurant!

The one and only restaurant in town! We came away pleasantly surprised by probably the best fish and chips we had on our whole trip. You can tell they cook everything fresh, and everyone there is exceedingly friendly. Definitely stop by! Very fairly priced too.
