Very rude staff A almost 80 year old man was there about 1 hour waiting for his chicken after being told only a 10 minute await and he asked why it took so long compared to what they told them and then the employee named RACHELLE mouthed off about him to the other staff members after he left the building and she was very rude for 90% of the time me and my family where here also the pop machine would not pour Diet Pepsi so my brother who is a very bad diabetic had to drink water and all of the pop had no carbonation and the employees did not seem to give a care at all

DO NOT VISIT THIS KFC ! Terrible costumer service , the server ronna made the experience terrible, window was shut in my face after going back through after 20 minutes of waiting parked outside for my food, again server ronna made it very unclear that my coupons were put through and was hard to understand and co operate with . ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, the inside of the kitchen looks very dirty and un kept. The whole experience made me uncomfortable and 9/10 chances i will NEVER VISIT this location again.

I went to this restaurant April 28th at 8:20pm after a 12hr shift at the hospital. The cashier girl asked me what I wanted, I told her my order then she tell me -“We are closing soon so I can’t make anything”. They close at 10pm. Not sure why she asked me for my order in the first place. I was not even allowed to order a soft drink. I then thought of being at work and missing my breaks just to care for someone who could potentially be her own family member or friend… smh
Never had a bad experience at this location. Food and service 10/10.
