Such a bad experience. I think they need some training on customer service such a rude guy on cash don’t even know what thick crust is ? He should learn how to be polite and nice to customers.

This is just uncalled for, I know Caesars isn't a six figure job but a person should be able to fill a sauce container properly, basically put less the amount for 1 into two containers--it's sad when a person can't do such a simple task properly and even sadder when they choose to do it improperly.

I can't rate the food because I couldn't get any. This location believes you should place an order for the hot and ready pizzas, this I found out after standing there for 10 minutes waiting to be served but being ignored by the staff.

Called @ 3pm on a busy Thursday, asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Employee was quick to take my order, was friendly and told me it would only take 5minutes. I arrived to make the transaction, took a total of a minute after entering the pizza place with a line of 3 people, promptly paid and was served my pizza and left. Family enjoyed the delicious pizzas. Tasty pizza with a reasonable price. I got two fresh pepperoni pizzas for 18$.

The only good thing about this location was the hot food! Called for over 20 minutes to see if I could order ahead and the phone was busy the ENTIRE time!! I even tried to place an online order and it was "unavailable", just off the Ferry and was stopping to eat for the night, had to go in and get attitude from some girls not wanting to do their job! Had the register open and counting before they were even listed as closed! Reading the other reviews I can tell you nothing has changed here! STAY AWAY unless you have all the time in the world to physically go in and place your order!! Never again!!!

Great pizza. fast, cheap but terrible online management. If your store says it’s open then make sure it’s actually open, I bought a pizza just for the store to be closed. No options to refund or re-schedule your order as well

Just experienced the worst customer service in this community… I waited an hour for my order and they omitted to tell me there was none of one of the items available. I figured it out as I got home and tried calling 3 times with no answer. I had to drive down to have an employee argue with me before the other (who was in the back on her phone not working) came to tell me there was none of that item available when it should have been communicated from the start. When I mentioned I tried call the employees say “they’re really busy”…. One guy was working super hard while the other girl was chillin in the back on her phone. I hope the owners see this because they’re going to lose lots of customers if this is the type of customer service they’re providing.:: unacceptable!!

This is the worst restaurant in Stephenville Newfoundland they don't even have enough employees there for people to have breaks they work people like dogs the food is disgusting I don't know how they haven got in trouble not letting their employees have breaks I'll never ordered from here hope this place get shut down or someone else take over the business do the right thing give their employees breaks they are entitled to it
