Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

Ate this Friday February 14 and ended up with either food poisoning or Norovirus!! Never EVER AGAIN! Do better!

Hi!

I am writing to complaint about your staff in poor attitude to customer. I formally sent the complaint letter to your MB website but there is no response till now.

On Feb 5, 2025, around 11:15am, my husband and I had lunch in your restaurant. Your staff, who is from India. When he gave the meals to me, his finger keep pointing to me in the conversation. For me, I feel extremely offensive. I would like to reply to him not to do this gesture. But, he got away impolitly.
Overall, MaryBrown provided a very good service and excellent chicken in the past. But, the problem is if this staff continued to treat the customer in this inappropriate manner, this is not acceptable.
I hope Mary Brown should educate the staff not to put their own culture in Canada. Someone feel offensive.

Picked up a 4 piece meal today and was sadly disappointed in the portion size! The 4 pieces would not be the size of 2 pieces I purchased in the past. One piece was only skin! It will be going back tomorrow. 23 dollars and not enough for a child!

The food isn't too bad, almost tasteless, they are incredible slow, but being the only Mary Browns in town we have no choice but to go there. Mostly always clean facility.

Great food. It does change from time to time though. And the seasonings seem to be a bit lighter than they used to be. If you want Bang for your buck get 2 Mini Mary's and a order of Twists.

Chicken was very good. Biscuit was good. Gravy was good. Way too many potatoes and good. Sharon from Stephenville 68 West Street greeted us in the parking lot. Sharon recommended the Batters Box. Sharon gave us 🇦🇺 Australians excellent customer Service
