Doors are locked before 9pm, but if you call they will tell you the lobby is still open and avoid questions. The food is always thrown together with ingredients missing on burgers. Some of the staff is so rushed that they trip over themselves, i saw one poor employee spill a huge coffee all over a full tray of food from rushing around. Tables are rarely ever cleaned, even when the restaurant is not busy. When they run out of ingredients for online orders, they will not outright offer a refund or replacement item, it's like pulling teeth.

You can be sure out of 10 orders you're getting 8 wrong. If the staff were as worried about doing their job as they were wearing dog collars and doing their makeup might be able to get a order right. Its the same story everytime you go here. Soon sending them a gas invoice for having to go back and change my order.

Lazy workers especially the cooks!!! Pay like 17$ for 2 mcmuffins with extra bacon only to get two singular pieces of UNCOOKED bacon every single time! This is our money we’re spending for food and they can’t follow instructions. Same thing with cheeseburgers, I’ve been ordering cheeseburgers with extra onions because they never add onions to them, and I still haven’t got onions on my burgers in years. They’re so lazy and half-ass their job, you may not be taking the job seriously because you think “hey, it’s only mcdonalds” but our money is being wasted on food that we can’t even eat. It’s ridiculous.

I ordered 2 new smoky bbq poutine and paid $18 for this. The poutines got no gravy in them. Such a waste of money! Employees don’t even know how to make a poutine. Management needs to teach their staff how to make a food. Seriously this is too much. Such a SHAME.

They were doing renovations and it was very noisey from what sounded like drilling with a hammer drill through concrete in the ceiling. They have since shut down to finish the reno

I can never make through this location without them messing things up! From ordered food that arent right, missing item, dirty tables and chairs. stinky washroom. I always give this store a chance because I love Mcdonalds food but this place just ruined it for me. The management should train their employees and should be strict when it comes to food handling and sanitation.
