Over the last month or so when placed my order either at the drive thru or in store and it was incorrect so I stopped going to this particular Tim’s. Seems like since the new staff have been hired I never get the right order.

Just left drive thru at 2:55pm on Sunday. We simply asked a simple question about if the holiday cookies were available today and the girl on drive thru quickly and rudly said "no" before we can finish the question. That was extremely rude and not professional. What is going on with customer service these days?

Went 11:45 to get ahead of lunch rush still too half hour with watered down chili and wrong donut. Even if it’s slow please get menu right. Oh and cost extra for the long roll that goes with the chili. When I asked the server wasn’t very nice

Some workers are nice, which is certainly a positive aspect, but others are really rude, which can definitely put a damper on the customer experience. It's disappointing that there aren't many food options available, as having a variety of choices is always a plus when it comes to fast food. Additionally, some workers rush customers through the drive-through, which can be frustrating when you're trying to place an order. Finally, it's unfortunate that the roll-up-the-rim promotion is no longer enjoyable, as this was something that customers looked forward to. Overall, while there are some positives, there are several areas that could use improvement.
