Called an order for jumbo pizza with pepperoni, mushroom,ground beef and bacon and this is what I got. When I called back to ask why there was little to no toppings on the pizza she responded with “I think I put enough toppings on it.” There is hardly enough toppings to just cover the pizza. Some of the slices don’t even have any groundbeef or mushroom and 1 slice of pepperoni per slice She also said it was normal it put only 7 slices of mushroom over a whole jumbo pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t know what’s happened but they have really gone down hill.. I’ve been ordering Pizza here last 2 years, but the last few times have been awful, I keep giving them second chances. They always do a poor job cutting the pizza, but last week the pizza wasn’t cut properly and severely under cooked in the middle. I felt very sick after..I can no longer go back here, I really hope they fix whatever it is they have changed.

So the pizza is not great. There was virtually no crust on the pizza- it was flat and hard. The onions were burnt black, I actually thought they were mushrooms at first, very little sauce and everything just tasted bland and old/hard but the lady who served us was super sweet! She gave us an extra garlic fingers as the first were overcooked. Both orders of garlic fingers were delicious! Donair sauce was watery though. :( previous orders have been undercooked but much better tasting, possibly just an off night.

Placed an order for delivery, guy was wasnt asking me what I wanted, where it was going etc I should've known something was up from the start cause placing the order was just awkward...after 1 hour and 15 I called to see where it was he said it left. After two hours (10 mins prior to store closing) I tried calling back but no one would pick up..
