I don’t know what’s happened but they have really gone down hill.. I’ve been ordering Pizza here last 2 years, but the last few times have been awful, I keep giving them second chances. They always do a poor job cutting the pizza, but last week the pizza wasn’t cut properly and severely under cooked in the middle. I felt very sick after..I can no longer go back here, I really hope they fix whatever it is they have changed.

So the pizza is not great. There was virtually no crust on the pizza- it was flat and hard. The onions were burnt black, I actually thought they were mushrooms at first, very little sauce and everything just tasted bland and old/hard but the lady who served us was super sweet! She gave us an extra garlic fingers as the first were overcooked. Both orders of garlic fingers were delicious! Donair sauce was watery though. :( previous orders have been undercooked but much better tasting, possibly just an off night.

Placed an order for delivery, guy was wasnt asking me what I wanted, where it was going etc I should've known something was up from the start cause placing the order was just awkward...after 1 hour and 15 I called to see where it was he said it left. After two hours (10 mins prior to store closing) I tried calling back but no one would pick up..

Eaten here planety of times with absolutely no issues before so not sure what changed.Last week I ordered a medium pizza with bacon pepperoni and mushrooms and this what I received. Not a single mushroom on the whole pizza and an absolute Picasso style cutting.Not sure exactly what the thought process was but it wasnt fun to eat.Pizza tasted fine even though it was missing an ingredientDefinitely double check your food on a takeout order.(I removed the side pieces before the photo as they were just crust)

This is more of a reminder than a review... There is an order of hater all around me and it seems PJ Pizza join the ranks...I suspect they are poisoning the food I get from them!Again that a reminder for me!Do what you want of the information...

We called in to order a pizza the lady asked for our address, we then gave her the address. She asked us to spell it for her, we proceeded to spell it out when we were done spelling it out she then didn’t respond and was breathing on the other side of the line. How rude, how ignorant, if you didn’t understand what we were saying you could have asked us to repeat it but instead you just started breathing really loud into the phone. I’m so mad this has happened I just wanted to get a pizza for me and my kids but apparently that’s not possible. Don’t recommend calling in to order, I guess you have to go in and order in person.

Very good proportion,s of fish and chips and a short waiting time for the food.
They only have one delivery driver, so if you are looking for delivery it may not happen at certain hours.We have been ordering from here for over five years now. The poutines are amazing, the pizza and pizza slices are good, especially if the older man is working, he is amazing at making pizza!! The wings with BBQ sauce and mild sauce on the side are also deadly!! Take the sauces, and mix them together... You're welcome!Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheel chair marked spaces, and you can get into the pizza shop fairly easy.

Called in order ,asked for delivery , delivery not available , so we drove there. Asked for 2 finger dinners poutine and dressing on the side.Picked up order ( and tipped) only to get home and find no poutines ( or gravy) . But did get 1 dressing on the side . Called in and asked for poutines to be delivered, they said no , we can mark some down for you.Awful service , 2nd time in a row with issues
