We went for dinner while in Triton. The restaurant was large with plenty of seating but very few staff so service was very slow. We weren’t in a hurry so didn’t mind but if you were looking for refills, you waited a while. The cod dinner was good and the cob salad was excellent-lots of bacon,ham and chicken in it. There was an outdoor patio with excellent views of the harbour. I would have given a four out of five if the service had been better. I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere these days. Worth going to eat there but just be prepared for a longer period of time to get your food.

We are a regular summertime visitor, usually eating there 6 times during the summer when we go to the cottage. This year it is clearly evident how downhill this place has gone. There is hardly any staff- two waitresses only-so service is terrible. You have to wait at least an hour for your meal after ordered. We have tried three times this year to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more, not coming back. Food is ok, for brown food. Just so fed up. No pun intended.
