We just had a hockey team dinner at Dicks. I can't say enough good things! At least 40 of us piled in there and food came out fresh and hot and the staff went above and beyond making sure everyone had anything they needed.
There's a reason Dicks has the good reputation that it does. They've earned it! Can't recommend it enough!

It’s worth taking the ferry to Bell Island just to eat fish and chips and onion rings!
We missed our Ferry and decided to do takeout fish and chips. We ordered the 3 piece and it was plenty for the 2 of us. The fish was flaky and moist and the batter was very crispy. It was delicious!

Best Fish & Chips Before the Ferry This little shop serves up the best fish and chips I’ve ever had—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. They also offer ice cream, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect treat. My only complaint is that it was very busy, and the shop itself is quite small, so seating can be tight. That said, it was still a great stop before catching the ferry back, and well worth the wait.

Terrible management at Kitchen party, zero organization. Bad experience. Showed interest in getting screeched in but bar didn’t show interest back. But of course showed interest for doing it to others. Really upsetting after showing support.
