We waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, no exaggeration, two cars backed out of line, and we did as well. The dining room inside was not full enough for the wait on the drive thru to be so long. I worked at A & W and I know for a fact this particular store is either understaffed due to poor wages by the owners or not trained sufficiently. When I went to review this store I saw a review speaking about the atrocious wait times a full year ago. Do better. Will not return.

I'll start on a good note, the staff are friendly and the restaurant looked clean. They are stingy with their food. It costs more to update from fries to a poutiene with a meal, you get more fries without the poutiene. They are very stingy with gravy and cheese. The burgers are okay, but the buns are always very dry. Over all the all the food is overpriced and not worth the food you receive. The portions are unacceptable for the price you have to pay.

Didn't like the fact that I couldn't order sausage but the server slash Cashier was friendly and very helpful and the food was great.... plus I was dining with my favorite birthday Boy! Good food Great company and I'm sure I'll get my sausage on the way back in a couple days ?

Website says your open until 10pm,got there at 9:05pm,closed but drive through was open(or so the sign in the window said it was)I am in a truck so I walked up to the window, knocked for 10 mins,the guy inside was cleaning the grill and for 10 mins of me knocking he not once looked my way,,lol......only got a 1 because there's no

My mother and I went to this A&W at 7:45 pm on Oct. 2/ 23 and all lights were on and says open until 10 pm. My mother knocked on the door bc it was locked to be greeted by a staff member that quickly said " sorry we are closed and having a staff meeting come back tomorrow. All.signage said open. Will.never go back. Ridiculous. Very poorly run business.

Had the Berry Blend Milkshake(Crushed Ice Shake) Loaded with crushed ice that took away from any creamy delight that I was expecting. Was this a calibration error by the machine or standard practice!?

Surprisingly excellent A&W on the TCH in Whitbourne, NL. The interior is bright, clean, and looks remarkably new. The food was tasty and the staff were very pleasant to us. The frosted glasses for the soft drinks were a nice touch and out burgers were cooked fresh. What more could you want?
The new smoothies were surprisingly good.
