Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

The spicy Big Mary had a smaller piece of chicken then they normally do but other then that the taters were awesome!

Always had great experience here…..yesterday we stopped for a batters box ..drive thru …usual busy 5-530pm …..waited in drive thru for 10-15 minutes …that’s fine …..got home …
Nastiest meal ever from there …couple of Legs were black rotted and even disfigured …. ….tenders old dried up n cold..threw them out
First time ever at any MB that’s happened

Monthly treat. Been enjoying MB for 35 years. Ordered a 6 piece feast via drive through. Get to the window. We only have a side for you. The rest will have to be dark meat. One piece of white out of six pieces? There's eight cars behind me. No way they're all getting dark meat. He explains at the window not to worry. While I may only be getting a side. I'll also get four thighs and a drum. What? That's still just six pieces. They used to at least compensate with an extra piece. Whatever. I get home. Greasy beyond belief. One thigh was black from bruising. Inedible. The taters looked like hash browns they were so small. As usual, they forgot my gravy. Sorry MB. I'm done. I used to say I don't care what they charge for chicken, it's worth it. Not anymore.
