Robin's Donuts

Simply not enough staff. One person working the counter, making the food, overseeing the drive thru. 15 mins for a forgotten bagel that I had to throw out as it was soaking in butter and beyond soggy. Very confusing business as two other business counters ( all sharing one drive thru) had no staff working and the Robins girl had to leave often to get someone from the back to come to their counters. Sadly, I won’t visit again.

When in side waited at the counter for 5 minutes and didn't get served didn't see anyone to serve me how do you run a business like that .

Tea is disgusting

We went to the robins in Whitbourne and we’re the only ones in the line up, it took forever to put in our order and when we got to the window we were another 15 minutes waiting for our food. They also forgot to give us something we ordered and said it wasn’t on the bill. When we said we would pay for it the woman serving us said we were holding up the line(even though they we the ones who took forever!) and we would have to move over and come inside if we wanted our missed idem. Very rude staff and bad service.

Terrible service, unpleasant employees, they were rude and unkind, and it took me 20 minutes to get served (at the DRIVE THROUGH!). On top of that all my sister ordered was an orange juice and it was spoiled.

Ordered a robins special for take out today. I realized when I had left that the lettuce was unwashed, full of dirt & the paper that was wrapped around the sandwich was covered in baked on BBQ sauce from something else - strange. Zero customers inside the restaurant and no drive thru

I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. It took such a weirdly long time to come. I was sitting at that window for at least 10 mins. I felt like I was being punked. HOWEVER. When my bagel finally arrived...it was delicious, I'm a plain girl who loves a plain bagel, and it was perfection.

Miserable service. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and never even got a "one moment please". Asked how many chocolate chip cookies were available and they asked if that was everything? Asked for a robins special and wasn't asked anything to customize the sandwich, just drive through. Got to the window and waited almost 10 more minutes and never got served. Just decided to cut my losses and leave. Went to the Tim's drive through just down the road and was through the drive through with food and drinks in less than 2 minutes. It's time for the owners to step up their game in the hiring process.

Currently, we have been in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There isn't another soul in the drive thru and inside is also fairly empty. Upon arrival, we were told to wait a minute. 10 minutes later I said hello into the speaker and she finally answered me. The person taking our order had no idea what she was doing and was completely unprofessional. She "couldn't find buttons on the cash register". Her words, not mine. It took another 5 minutes for her to punch in two breakfast sandwiches and two doughnuts. We then pulled around the building to the window and have been sitting here long enough for me to construct this absolute unit of a review. Update: we recieved the wrong order in the bag. She's now gone to make the right order. Update: we have received the right order and are leaving....and never coming back.

Terrible customer service, extremely long wait times just to have your order taken, not even get your food/drink, and mediocre at best food and drink. You're honestly better just going to the Tim Hortons up the road instead of wasting your time here.

Been there 3 times now. Each time I had to wait up to 10 mins at the drive thru without anyone acknowledging I was there. There's zero customer service. I waited another 10 mins today not one other person in the store or drive thru but yet no one ever took my order. I went to the drive thru window to get someone's attention and there wasn't a staff to be found. The worst customer service and after 3 times of trying to give them a chance, I won't be returning. Horrible when the staff are too busy out back smoking to work the drive thru. I won't be back

The donuts were frrsh, moist and very tasty. They were the best donuts we had in many years. Will definitely stop by for more anything we are in the area.
