Not sure what the point of having this robins is. No staff EVER, drive thru is NEVER attended, and they always seem pissed off that you even decided to come? Seriously just close this location, its awful.

I was served by Shirley and she was so sweet. My order was prepared quickly and tasted great!

Very slow waiting in line. And then was told by the woman at the counter when i ordered they were not able to make any of the cold coffees being advertised. They had posters and menu full of iced cappuccino and ice pumpkin but they were not available?????

I like Robins coffee but the Whitbourne location is the worst. The service is extremely slow. The problem is that the few counter staff are shared with a sub shop and a pizza shop. I would contribute the problem to the management who obviously hasn't informed their staff that customer service should be number one. I will never go to this Robins coffee again.

Simply not enough staff. One person working the counter, making the food, overseeing the drive thru. 15 mins for a forgotten bagel that I had to throw out as it was soaking in butter and beyond soggy. Very confusing business as two other business counters ( all sharing one drive thru) had no staff working and the Robins girl had to leave often to get someone from the back to come to their counters. Sadly, I won’t visit again.

When in side waited at the counter for 5 minutes and didn't get served didn't see anyone to serve me how do you run a business like that .

Tea is disgusting

We went to the robins in Whitbourne and we’re the only ones in the line up, it took forever to put in our order and when we got to the window we were another 15 minutes waiting for our food. They also forgot to give us something we ordered and said it wasn’t on the bill. When we said we would pay for it the woman serving us said we were holding up the line(even though they we the ones who took forever!) and we would have to move over and come inside if we wanted our missed idem. Very rude staff and bad service.

Terrible service, unpleasant employees, they were rude and unkind, and it took me 20 minutes to get served (at the DRIVE THROUGH!). On top of that all my sister ordered was an orange juice and it was spoiled.

Ordered a robins special for take out today. I realized when I had left that the lettuce was unwashed, full of dirt & the paper that was wrapped around the sandwich was covered in baked on BBQ sauce from something else - strange. Zero customers inside the restaurant and no drive thru

I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. It took such a weirdly long time to come. I was sitting at that window for at least 10 mins. I felt like I was being punked. HOWEVER. When my bagel finally arrived...it was delicious, I'm a plain girl who loves a plain bagel, and it was perfection.
