They may as well not even have a drive-thru. They don't even answer it most of the time.I've gone there a good few times in the middle of the day when they're open and sat in their drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order, I'd wait a good 5 to 10 minutes and no answer.I once caught them running off and hiding in the back as I pulled up once to order. Out of spite, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting, and no one took my order.The couple of times I've actually been able to make my order, I've had to sit there for half an hour waiting for my sub. They're never busy, and then I make an attempt at the drive-thru either, so the long wait times make absolutely no sense.I avoid this subway now, I've completely given up trying to order food at this location, if you're only stopping for gas and food, just go inside to the gas station or go to tims, because if you want subway you'll be there awhile.

All staff are rude. un welcoming and disrespectful. Jason the “manager” is absolutely no help and is never actually in store. Supervisor lisa sends herself home early almost every shift. The place is only properly cleaned for inspection days. Employees vaping in the back kitchen area where food is prepared. this subway just needs to be shut down.

Visited today, Sunday July 24th..waited 20 minutes for the order only to have 5 missing veggies when I got home. I realize you are busy and it's difficult to get staff, but at least make the wait worth it!! Very stingy with everything on a combo that cost close to 20 $$There are a few very great servers who are polite and apologetic...one in particular is Kenlee

Very slow drive-through. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 subs. Maybe need more staff working. Also very stingy with the avocado. I've never seen it spread so thin before.

Went there tonight at 10 minutes before closing time. Door was locked. Nobody answering in drive thru and i could see someone inside working just cleaning up so they could get home earlier i guess?

I have been going to this subway since the day that it opened but for some reason the past 6 months or more I haven’t gotten one sub made correctly from none toasted bread to the completely wrong veggies it’s always something different as I’m sitting next to a non toasted sub with no cheese ( which I asked for ) I am disappointed with the way this subway has lacked there quality and consistency that they used to have

Really slow and poor food quality. Ordered 2 toasted out of 3. Neither were toasted. 1 looks like it may have been very slightly toasted possibly but still white and soft. Last time I ordered there I said I wouldn't again but had a gift card towards there. The last time we ordered there we had a couple chicken noodle soups and there was no flavor at all. Bland and gross. I believe we had same problem too subs not toasted then also. Food should be simular taste and quality in all locations

awesome subway, workers are the most talented and generous restaurant workers I've ever encountered, especially Lydia. Subs are delectable, delicious and always fresh. cookies are so good. store always looks clean. i inspire to be this subway, I dream of this subway, will be back tonight and every other night.

Placed a mobile order tonight. When we went to pick it up, 15 minutes after the ready time, we still had to wait for them to make the sub and instead of using the order to make it, the employee that made it used a bunch of salt when I didnt order any on it, and also didnt give me one if the sauces. the sub was inedible. this subway is terrible to order from unless you actually go in and order. In their defences though, I am able to get a free sub to replace this one, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Best experience I've had in a while with subway. The staff were very friendly and actually cared about they're job. I didn't have to remake my sub at home like I do when I buy a sub from multiple locations in St.John's. If you want a well crafted sandwich and a friendly smile while you order it, this is a must stop place for you. Shout out to Florence and Colby for making my 2 visits a experience to remember.
