Truly the worst Subway in existence. The bread isn't even done properly. The worker making the subs crushed every sandwich as she was making them right in front of our faces. No ice in the drink machine. I've never seen this location clean. I've never gone to this location and not regretted spending money here.

Top bad! It's a nice busy location. It has everything going for it to be a good location. Clearly management does not care about what happens here.

I go out to my nan and pops' cabin at least twice a month. This subway has never disappointed me. It's reliable, fast (enough), and above all else, the people working there are great people. Would recommend to anyone on the highway who want a quick and delicious snack.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered online, i payed for extra cheese and barely got any cheese. Then i also ordered cookies and when i pulled out of the drivethru and opened my bag there was no cookies so i went back in the drivethru and the server said “yeah we don’t have the cookies you ordered” and she didn’t even tell me when i went through the first time and also refused to give me a refund for the cookies. Also she never spoke to us at the window at all just throw the bag at us and closed the window again.

Also another time I went to the drivethru and ordered the footlong nachos and the same worker told me that they were discontinued and the next day i called and they said that they were in fact not discontinued.

Absolutely ridiculous service and most time the subs are absolutely pitiful.

Very slow service , not very organized in the set up to serve customers. 1st girl just kept taking orders and piling them up while other girl had to cash people out but in the meantime your toasted sandwich gets cold and then they just put soo much sauce on it that it made your bread soggy! Not an enjoyable meal for sure! Wouldn’t waste my time at that location!!

I had a massive order of 6 platters and they filled the order perfectly and made everything super easy for me to lay out :) resshna (i believe thats how it is spelled) helped bring all the food out to my car and made my life so much easier. Yay

I ordered two sandwiches with extra veg, and what I got was absolutely pitiful. I wouldn't even call it regular amounts. And I had even tipped the staff as well.

Ordered a salad with various veggies and tomato and cucumbers, wanted those quartered, as it is a salad on the road, opened salad and NO tomato and cucumber was not quartered!!! No fork or knife in bag, we’ll just pull over at the next stop to retrieve a fork to eat it with! Seriously????!

Ordered the new Cuban sub with a lettuce, 2x cheese, cucumber, red onions and the crispy onions. Got back on the highway the sub had the wrong meat, no cheese, mayo and pickles… idk if the speaker was broken and they couldn’t understand me or if they just gave me someone else’s order. Horrible.

They may as well not even have a drive-thru. They don't even answer it most of the time.I've gone there a good few times in the middle of the day when they're open and sat in their drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order, I'd wait a good 5 to 10 minutes and no answer.I once caught them running off and hiding in the back as I pulled up once to order. Out of spite, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting, and no one took my order.The couple of times I've actually been able to make my order, I've had to sit there for half an hour waiting for my sub. They're never busy, and then I make an attempt at the drive-thru either, so the long wait times make absolutely no sense.I avoid this subway now, I've completely given up trying to order food at this location, if you're only stopping for gas and food, just go inside to the gas station or go to tims, because if you want subway you'll be there awhile.
