There was no soup. Staff confused over an order without bacon. No tomato for sandwiches. Rice bowl served for walk in take out given with no bag or utensils or napkins resulting in a spill in the car not your fault but food was not recoverable Would be nice to have grilled cheese sandwich back on menu.

Wait times are large and the drive-thru is packed in the day time. They also don't tell most of the menu in the evenings or afternoon.

We went for drive thru order. 3 chai tea lattes and 1 mocha hot latte. At first the mocha latte was cold but we said let it be but then when we tried the chai lattes they were COFFEE !!! When we asked the staff there was one lady who seemed old was quite rude and had no good sense of communication, she asked about our situation and then made second drinks but again the drinks were worst when asked again she said you want refund !! She never even tried to make the customer happy nor asked for any complimentary food

The worst tims i have ever been to. They messed up our order twice, gave us cold beverages when we asked hot lattes and didn't apologize.

Poor service and no courtesy to say sorry for wrong orders. That too 2 times.

This is hands down my favorite Tim's I've been to and I've been to the majority in the St John's and surrounding areas. Since moving out of town I've been visiting this Tim's here and there instead of going to the usual one by my work in town and I've been consistently extremely impressed. Not once since I've started coming to this one have I had a coffee made wrong (apparently cold brews are hard to make at the other tims locations) and they're so fast! The staff in the drive thru are all so friendly too. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Whoever runs this place deserves all of the credit they can get for training such incredible staff

Ordered 3 cookies, 2 drinks, and 1 farmers wrap in the store, drive thru was busy as it could be, it could have been chaos for the staff, but it wasn't! They nailed our entire order AND had it to us in about 1 minute after placing the order. The food tasted great and was well put together too, cookies we're nice and chewy. Great job today folks!!!

The most friendly Tim Horton’s I have ever visited. Haley and Rebecca provide absolutely amazing service and the food and drinks are delicious. I will come back every single day to visit!!!

Closed because of no water which is understandable but the poor communication with customers, tiny little sign on the door. not in the drive through or anywhere else is quite dumb.
