Chili's in Albuquerque

“I feel bad not remembering our servers name because he made the whole experience. Chili's had a sign posted that food would take time due to lack of workers so we weren't expecting much. Patient, attentive, understanding. I really would have liked to remember his name.. he deserves a raise. It was Saturday night 10:15 in a booth and I was with my wife and 2 daughters. Excellent customer service! I want to say it started with a J.... I apologize“

“I love this Chili’s great team , delicious food and great management team. When we had an issue the manager Lisa exceeded expectations. We will be back and telling others of this location, as it has been and continues to be the best in town.“

“I really surprised with the excellent service we got. Not only was our waiter Corbin fast but knowledgeable and so nice. He was all smiles to everyone and genuine. The food arrived piping hot and fast, made to order and with the extras we requested. Best chili's in Albuquerqe!“

“I had a pretty good first dining experience at Chili's. I got the brisket quesadilla and it was very delicious. My server was nice and did a good job of being attentive. My one real complaint was just that they don't mention that you pay your bill on a little digital monitor on your table. I definitely sat around for a solid 5 minutes after my server took my plate away to get handed my bill lol.

Parking: It's a little difficult to find the parking lot entrance. You have to take a small side street and cross through another parking lot, but there was a fair amount of parking available.“

“Good food, came out quick. The server was nice, but felt a judged when I didn't get my 5 year old his own kids plate, rather I got him a couple of sides of the white cheddar Mac and cheese (he likes it better than the nasty Kraft). Lady kept asking him if he wanted his own kids plate, when I kept insisting that he'll be fine with what I've ordered for him. Only complaint I've had in the past visits I've gone here.“

“Our party of 10 was served by Abby. She did an excellent job ensuring all our needs were satisfied. Refilling waters and carbonated beverages during our meal while we ate and visited. One of our party was celebrating a birthday, for which Abby led a group of servers in a happy birthday chorus!! Surprised the birthday boy with ice cream with a cherry on top!! For arrived hot and as ordered. We had a great experience because of Abby's attention to our needs.“

“My wife and I eat at this location for the first time. The waitress was kind and considerate, quick, and accurate to what we ordered. The food arrived quickly, and we ate our fill of chips and salsa with southwestern eggrolls. My wife had margarita chicken/black beans/house salad with strawberry lemonade, and I had a double old timer with cheese and grilled mushrooms/fries.

Dietary restrictions: We asked for accommodations for food allergies for my wife's dietary restrictions for Hyrdadentis Superyativa, and the waitress took our order flawlessly as what we ordered. we go exactly that.“
