Amanda, one of the Managers, was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating through the planning process. She and her wonderful Staff made our event special through their attentive, friendly service and room set up. “This place is fire. Didn’t get the food, But the bartender made me an exquisite old-fashioned using their own whiskey blend. One of the only bars open during the week until midnight, offering a killer vibe and delicious cocktails and beers. Check them out if you’re visiting from out of town. Great for Groups too, they also have private karaoke rooms.“

“Had a very enjoyable dinner there on a Friday night with my wife, son and his wife. No problem parking within a block and was seated right away for a 630 reservation. Restaurant was only about half full. For appetizers we split the tempura mushrooms which was one of the highlights of the night—very enjoyable. For entrees, we had the fish special, two ducks and the risotto. All were excellent with the fish probably being the best. The desert menu is not huge and we ended up wandering down the street for ice cream. Very enjoyable night out.“

“Our server, Benjamin was new to his position but went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bartenders were so great, taking care of an elderly gentleman who left his card at the bar. The bartender also made sure the lighting was corrected when someone made an error as it became dark outside. We will definitely come back to this location!“

“Great little place. The lounge is where you check-in. The gentleman working the bar was friendly and quick to attend to any request. It appeared he was a one man show. He was serving drinks, checked us in to our room. We needed him to rekey our access card as well as plunge a toilet clog (just TP) from the previous guest. He was on top of it all immediately. The room itself was super cute, really clean, and comfy. All of it was aesthetically pleasing. Really great stay for the price. Would definitely stay here again.“

“This place is WOW! We went recently for summerfest & were starving. They did some revamping of the space and it is so beautiful. We ordered a few bites to just try something different & new. Nachos, Latin Okra & Elote Ribs. It is hard to choose my favorite. The vibe at Ivy is super laid back, luxurious & not too dark. The music was not super loud, the staff was slammed but attentive and kind. Definitely want to come back!“

Lack of attention and poor memory as to who ordered what and handing over the food across the table rather than standing next to the person and putting it down. We've been a customer since you opened in 1979.“

“I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt like my service and food on Thursday deserved a shout out. Firstly, Nicole our server was phenomenal. She was attentive, fun and sweet. Service lately has been lacking and Nicole reminded me that good service still exists. Second, the food was sooo good. I came here when they first opened and I must say the food has improved greatly! I know new restaurants need time to get into the grove of things and let me say they have it together. Our food was hot. It came out quickly and looked amazing. It also tasted amazing. We ordered the fried pickles, which were addicting. We also ordered the fish and chips. The fish was nicely battered and delicious. My husband ordered the burger. It was so good. The fries were hot and delicious . We will definitely be back!“
