Jimmy John's in Albuquerque

“I had an amazing experience today at this Jimmy John's. I had 5 minutes for a break. I order my food online and when I get there 3 minutes later. It's ready. Not only is it ready but the food was absolutely amazing. Fresh and just like the picture. The way everything was wrapped showed just how professional this store is. I even got napkins and a straw. I know that sounds silly. But it seems more times than most nowadays that anywhere you go there is always something missing. No napkins. No straws. Or just thrown into a bag. I just had to say that is not the case here. It was actually surprising to get such fast good and fresh product from a place that I only spent 15 bucks at. Well done.“

My order tonight ran late so I called just to check on it and the person that answered was very informative, kind, and courteous despite the fact that they were profoundly busy and understaffed.“
