“It's in the mall food court. I was delighted to find it. The food is great and I think maybe a little cheaper than the usual Panda Express. The atmosphere is standard mall but certainly okay. I have also ordered delivery.
Vegetarian options: Well, they have lots of stir fried vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure about cross contamination with the meat dishes but it looks ideal to me.
Parking: There is lots of outdoor parking near the entrance to the mall that goes directly to the food court
Kid-friendliness: There are little race cars and things the kids love to ride in, free at the mall. Kids would be able to eat in the comfort of a noisey mall instead of being confined in a restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there seems to be ramps and the like. I push a dog buggy and we had no problems getting over curbs etc.“
“Been going to this place for several months now in the span of a few years, for the past few years I've lived here in Albuquerque and this Panda Express has been the MOST reliable out of them all! Out of the MANY Panda Express restaurants I've been to, this one here has been the most consistent with it's food, service, and atmosphere. The most recent manager, named Ezra, has been a more recent hire from the time of writing this, despite having worked at this location for a week, he fits right in with everyone else and has been the most accomadating out of all the previous managers before him, he's also more out n' about compared to the others, the food here is excellent too, cooked to perfection nearly 80-90% of the time I've gone here, with the rare few times the food didn't come out right of course, having more flavor than most foods I've had, and not to mention the employees who are usually always friendly and have a funny bone most of the time when chatting with them. I recommend this Panda Express the most in particular to anyone who stops by this place and wants something good to fill their stomachs, or to just chill for a bit.
And to Ezra, if you see this, sorry for lying to you about the review ?, I never once thought about reviewing this place until you mentioned it and I got really nervous, so I lied in order to properly review this place, which, by all means, deserves a proper review after having been here for such a long time and for so many years, don't even know why the thought never crossed my mind honestly, thank you man, I hope you enjoy your time here and wish you luck, I look forward to the next time we meet, sorry for all the trouble lol.“
“Typically not a fan but I love the creme cheese wontons and the apple pie bites. Stopped in for a fundraiser event to pick up pre-ordered food. It wasn't ready yet and had multiple staff ask me if they could help me while I waited. Excellent staff and really kind individuals work there.“
“My professional association just finished a conference at Isleta and I cannot say enough good things. The staff was amazing and extraordinarily accommodating, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable for our budget. Thank you all for the great 4 days we had at Isleta!“
“I have been a flight attendant for 38 years and I know good customer service when I see it. Corporate needs to take notice of this particular franchise at ABQ airport. They are always super busy. They keep the food coming. It is fresh, tasty, and hot They have a great assembly line and everyone is courteous and smiling. I don't come to Albuquerque often. But I have taken notice and I am very impressed.“
“Aww man , The food is awesome Chow Main, with Teriyaki Chicken, with Sesame Chicken, with some soy sauce, man that is so freaking good , and when the Teriyaki machine was down I would be all mad Sam I would drive all the way to the south valley to another Panda Express who machine was working an they would give you huge pieces of chicken not like the one one coors an I-40 there Chicken is chopped up already an give small amounts,
Vegetarian options: Not sure , not vegetarian , I'm a carnavor and love to eat red meat and chicken, and die
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for wheelchairs I'm disabled to do they got room for me they can get through with a wheelchair“
“Here's another restaurant where it's going to be very dependent on your personal taste. I like the food at Panda Express, in this particular Panda Express was no exception. I found the people helping us to be very friendly and very interested in making sure that we enjoyed our meal.
If you don't like Panda Express as a rule, then you're not going to like this one either, but if you do, then you'll probably enjoy this restaurant, and I recommend stopping by.“
“Panda express is always good except for when the server doesn’t put enough meat on your entrée other than that, it would give them a five star every time I usually get the brown rice the black Angus steak and the sesame chicken breast it’s it’s woo Delicioso
Vegetarian options: Again, the brown rice
Dietary restrictions: I usually go with the brown rice
Parking: Handicap parking is available
Kid-friendliness: Kid, friendly atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility with the ramp up to the front door“
“Came here today around 4:30 used the drive thru. The staff was friendly and all seemed to be in a good mood :-) the young woman who took my order was very polite. My food was also great, everything was hot and tasted freshly made, got my food very quickly. Typically I don't care for the food much but will probably be back more often after my experience today!“
“I'm not really sure what people are talking about here. I visit once a week: cheap, healthy food if you pick around the delicious fried options. The young man always cooking in the back is an absolute master on the wok, always delicious. The front staff are always kind to me, not outwardly, overly friendly, but never rude. Oscar was a big help last time, didn't make me feel bad for asking to make more of the entrees they were out of, even though it was near closing. Everyone mentions Karla, she has always been nice to me, I've even had conversations with her because I spoke with her like a human being rather than screaming an order at her like a machine. It's a front facing food service job that pays minimum wage, if you've never worked in food service you really shouldn't have an opinion. Go out and spend $150 at M'Tuccis if you want exceptional food service from a server that adds 20% to your bill. This is a cheap, quick American-Chinese restaurant chain, maybe temper your expectations?“
“The food was absolutely delicious. I found it quite enjoyable to watch them cook in the back. It was fascinating to observe how they layered the cabbage with all the other ingredients. The food appeared to be very healthy, yet it still tasted amazing.“
“Best panda express experience! I had to wait extra few minutes and they gave us free drinks and another minute of wait they gave us one egg roll and one apple cinammon roll. By far my best visit. The drive is really far and worth it. Will visit again. (Pictured is the free eggroll and drink also my girlfriend ate the apple roll so not included in picture)“
