“The store was so clean and nice and fresh inside! The service was impeccable! The lady with red hair and glasses was super nice and smiled the entire time! I totally recommend this Papa Johns! I can’t forget to mention, “THE FOOD WAS BUSSIN!”“

“I placed an order thinking it was for delivery. When the order was ready it was actually for pickup. I called the store and spoke with Janelle, who tried to change it to delivery in the system but it wouldn’t let her. Janelle offered to keep the food warm and deliver it to me after she got off of work. She was very busy with other deliveries and still ended up delivering my pizza very late at night. I appreciate Janelle’s kindness, willingness, and customer service as I was not able to pick up the order myself. Best experience ever!“

“Ordered for delivery. They forgot my drink. Called up to ask for a drink and they said they apologize and would get us one right away. Waited another 45mins-60nins and still no drink. Called back up and was put on hold for 17mins. Hung up. Still don't have the drink. Lost $3.25 I know it's not much and I understand that thing happen. But really? Pizza was good though.

UPDATE: I got a refund on the drink!

“The staff here always treat their customers like they were family. I'm been going here for over 6 years. I recently moved and went to a closer Papa Johns and was not the same. The workers could have cared less about the customers. I'll drive the extra distance just for the customer service. The food has always been good as well.“

“While a real hole in the wall that looks a little intimidating papa johns always delivers some good pizza, this on near campus is perfect for students tired of the SUB. Wont do you wrong, plus if you do carryout the people inside are super cool and will treat you well.

Not to mention they had free candy out for Halloween!
