“I normally wouldn’t write a review for a subway but went to this location instead of the normal one I go to on work break. The two dudes working looked extremely young, but let me tell ya, these guys are cranking. So polite, so focused and overall just the best subway experience I’ve had. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. These dudes couldn’t have been much older than 17 and give me hope on the younger generation. Well done. They deserved props. If I owned this location I’d be super comfy knowing these guys are holding it down.“

“I wanted to comend two employees at the Gibson location in Albuquerque. They were both super friendly as you walked in the door, the female was super sweet when she handed me my food, and the other gentleman, an African-American man, ran to the aid of an elderly man that was having trouble walking. he then proceeded to assist him to his table. unfortunately, that type of kindness is not seen as much anymore. I commend him for his actions and empathy.“

And they don't know what I'm seeing everyday. But the other day, I walked away without my coffee. And yesterday. They kindly took care of me. “I think the negative reviews are lies! I went to 2 different subways and one was completely out of toppings, and the other was closed for construction. Came to this location as a last resort and the staff was extremely welcoming, the place was clean and there was a full selection of meats and toppings. Staff was very friendly and made my sandwhich exactly how I wanted without any attitude. They asked how my day was going as well which I appreciated. Thank you, we will be back!!“

“It was a good sandwich, I got the bella which is always a good choice for me. They seem to be consistent even though every time I go in they have new people, welcome to the fast food world. I do mostly order online because there always seems to be a long line and the app works really well.

“I absolutely love this subway. It’s definitely my favorite and I’m glad it’s so close to work. The service is always great. The manager and his employees are always so helpful and professional. Today for example, I had to do a DoorDash order and I messed it up, I called them and they were able to fix it before the dasher arrived. I appreciate such great customer service!!“

Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. “This subway is much better than the one I went to on 2225K Wyoming Blvd, I had a coupon and supposedly they forgot to tell the cashier and got charged $16.46 for an $8.99 meal with the coupon. It wasn't her fault I understand, the lady that made my sandwich should have told her to use my coupon.“

“Tuesday August 6th 4:30pm I went in the subway and I see that there is only one person working no manager on site she was very nice and trying to be patient with all other customers waiting. I see that there was a leak and she was trying not to slip and fall well helping her customers. I just want to make sure she is getting all the help she needs because no one should have to be in environment like that alone. Overall, she was very good at what she does and I give her a lot of credit! This subway needs some new staff and a better manager!“

“Okay I absolutely love this subway! Super clean until today. Short skinny redhead, you should wear gloves when handling the bread and when you do have gloves on and making someone else's sandwich you should not pick a piece of bread up off of the floor and if you do please change your gloves, I am not a confrontational person but I paid 13.00 for a sandwich I couldn't eat because your floor glove had touched my sandwich.... ?“

“Ordered a veggie subs and it was a delight! Jose Changed his gloves when I wanted a veggie delight, he also used a bread only knife. That type of consciousness about others diets and respect for customers goes a long way. If you are a vegetarian or have food restrictions I suggest his subway. The veggies are fresh and they don’t make you feel any sort of way to order non meat.“

“Very sweet girl named Trinity served me and my family lunch today, I usually dine in on my lunch break and I see her there everyday closing I am assuming, usually training a new adult which is unusual because she's so young, but she seems to uphold the manager position very well. The Food here is very good, and I hate to see people critique this sweet girl so harshly for doing her job, referring to Sarah Sanchez who is simply too ignorant to understand management has rules and regulations and she is attacking a teenager for simply doing her job, I wish people had more empathy for these kids who are in the workforce because really most of the time they are running the entire establishment, thank you Trinity for the amazing sandwiches and keep up the good work.“
