Why is new mexico mcdonalds so expensive the two cheese burger combo cost me more than 16 dollars why why why why any other state the price is much lower than 10 dollars for the very same combo

If I could give a 0 star I would ordered curbside on our way to Albuquerque for a appointment and put it for curbside waited almost 30 mins before my husband got down and went to see what was wrong it was just sitting on the counter it was cold and hard very upsetting. Did not have time to take back in as we were already behind on time waiting for it .

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Pulled away just get out of there only to find out the order was completely wrong. Terrible experience, especially considering I spend $30 bucks for the wrong order and they don't pick up the phone to give me a refund!!!

Terrible service at this location im a driver and attempted to use the location around 11:30 and the doors were locked some one came out to tell me they were closed but people were still inside eating and drive thru was still taking order. The employees just dont care.
McDonald’s used to use real beef for their hamburgers. I have no idea what it is now, but I guarantee you. It is not meat and I’ve heard they had all kinds of chemicals to the french fries that I used to love. Needless to say I will not ever go back to McDonald’s.

Food, 2 stars ofc its mcdonalds, atmosphere 2 because again…its mcdonalds and whats more the staff does little to make their guests feel welcome, and 2 for service. I wouldve left 1 star but this is my community mcdonalds and I know some people here and care about them. They CONSTANTLY forget things and get orders incorrect. I received a twenty piece with no sauce. Please do better. If there were anything else in the same vacinity i would never visit this place.
