Sometimes - the Customer Service is REALLY lacking. It would be nice if their employees took a refresher course on how to treat customers. Manager did a good job dealing with a Karen in leopard yoga pants (is it 1987?). I did need to wait 15-20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown, which sucked, but it could be worse.
