Standard Applebee's - only had couple beers but was all fine.

I won't even give service a single star... was greeted by a rude hostess then to be ignored by several servers chatting and showing off tattoos to buddies seated at the bar. After 30 minutes of no service interaction we decided to leave leaving the menus at our seats. The hostess that started our experience off rudely was thorough enough to continue being rude and give a shitty "bye" as we walked out the door. As a cook and server in this town I am saddened by this experience!!

Was welcomed with poor service at the door, completely unprofessional. Then continued to sit for 20-30 minutes while staff stood around and talked. When we decided to get up and leave we were met by the original hostess who gave us half-assed "bye"

They were missing key items. They didn't have fries or riblets. Waitress took too long to come by. Glasses were dirty.

Apparently if you're not white, the night crew does NOT even acknowledge you. My family and I walked in and waited patiently by the entrance. The servers and staff noticed us but they didn't greet us, acknowledge our presence, or offer a simple "we'll be right with you". The staff would just stare at us and when they noticed we seen them looking at us, they would disappear into the back. We tried speaking to the "manager" Alexis but she only offered a lackluster apology, didn't offer to fix the problem, didn't offer a "if you come back, we'll be sure to address the situation". We work hard, have to drive 45mins to town and want to enjoy a nice night out occasionally as a family, Applebee's failed to provide such an environment and its sad to say that it's not the first time such things have happened at this establishment. As a restaurant that serves a military town with a multicultural community, I hope it does better in the future.

Basically your typical Applebee's. However, don't go during trivia night if you want a drink from the bar. Takes 15+ mins to get a drink. Also, never, and I mean NEVER order the garlic parmesan chicken wings. It's basically very dry garlic flavored chicken nuggets with parmesan cheese strips used for a salad tossed on top. Not even melted on the 'wings', just added like an after thought. Literally the worst garlic parmesan chicken wings I've ever had!

I had came for my birthday today and my main meal that I get is a chicken Alfredo, it was EXCELLENT DRY, EXTREMELY HARD AND HAD NO SACE AT ALLLL !!! We had asked for extra sauce and this is what they gave us SMHHHH !! Do Better APPLEBEES.

My wife was very disappointed. Ordered 2 well steaks and got rare. Started making my stomach upset. Go in person to make sure they make it right... had to go eat somewhere else. Just threw it away. Its only good if youre drunk maybe.

Pleasant place. Nice portions of food.

Went for a pickup order. Got impossible burger and chicken tacos. Tacos were okay but burger was dry and tasteless. No ketchup or sauce anything added in the order.

The broccoli was way too salty. The nice waitress replaced it with another plate of broccoli and it was the same. The chef somehow had senseless taste buds that just couldn't taste the salt. The salmon turned out ok and the citrus salad dressing was good.
