Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had quite the mix of experiences here. We were greeted and seated quickly. However, we were then forgotten. The bartender who was helping customers next to us just kept looking at us but never asked if we had been helped. Finally a really nice server came over and apologized stating they kept changing the areas they were responsible for. Anyhow she was great.
But then another server must have been helping her out. She came over to our table and asked if we ordered two salads and we politely said yes. She then just literally threw them on the table. Even the people on the table next to us asked what was wrong. We had no idea.
The rest of the time went fine after our regular server came back. It was just a strange visit overall.

Paris was great! She did what she could given them being short staffed. Friendly and we will definitely ask for her again!

Super disappointed with my food every time I order takeout my chicken is a little raw or else I’m missing chicken haha 🤣 I love apple bees but maybe take out isn’t the best I’m also missing my breadstick 😅😅

Ordered a steak from Applebee’s tonight and I think it came straight from the Sahara. I’ve had houseplants with more moisture. The fries were so dry they could’ve doubled as packing material. Chewing the steak felt like a full workout—Applebee’s accidentally gave me dinner and cardio.

They do not carry coke products, the tea had an old taste to it.

We ordered stakes, my child's came out so tuff she couldn't eat it. They did fix it.

We sat for 20 minutes before I had to go ask the group standing there chatting, if we could get some service.
It's one thing if you're busy but they were not.

Had a great experience at Applebee's! The steaks were cooked perfectly to order and tasted amazing. The service was excellent, and our server was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this place!
