I went through the drive-thru at 6or7pm and there had to have been four to five cars in front of me but within a couple minutes I was already at the front window. Amazing how fast they were. The gentleman that took my order was professional. Will be coming back repetitively. The food tasted Freshly made . Happy customer👍🏻🤠

I placed a mobile order, got back to my hotel less than 4 minutes away. The fries were cold, stale and tasted like old fryer oil. The mozzarella sticks had the same old oil taste. The drive thru guy was nice, but our two fries and mozz sticks where just not eatable. Very disappointed because i love the fries

Arby’s franchises are like all other businesses: they’re open to make money, and to drive repeat business. This is accomplished by presenting a quality product in a sanitary environment. Regrettably, the employees and management at the white sands Arby’s franchise didn’t get the memo. As a chef I’ll admit, my standards are excessively high. But when I order $35 of food for three people, I expect the food to look like what’s advertised. I’m embarrassed for the cook’s half-assed effort. Food was smushed and the fries were old. That’s just plain lazy. Management’s oversight and quality control standards are laughable and also embarrassing. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. When we opened our food, I felt like I had been duped, tricked by my brand loyalty to Arby’s into thinking that this White Sands franchise cares about quality. They failed to meet even a minimum acceptable standard on all three orders. This is stunningly incompetent. And I will NEVER go back. Shame on you Arby’s White Sands! You make all other Arby’s look bad.

Going through the drive thru order a bacan cheese burger, curly fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was delicious as is the curly fries. I'm very disappointed that what I got was a very dry chicken sandwich. Very disappointed as when I was going through they were not busy at all for this mistake to happen.
This place is great love the meats and as you can tell it's clean. I go here whenever I need to which is when I need to eat something solid

There were 4 employees working at this location when I stopped at about 7pm on a Friday evening. There were a few cars in the drive through, but the place was not busy by any stretch of the imagination. It took them almost 30 minutes to prepare my order (which consisted of 3 sandwiches and drinks). I guess this Arby's is unaware they are supposed to be fast food.

I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. After a 20 minute wait in line, I was number 3, I finally got my order. I requested horsey sauce and was told it was in the bag. I asked for salt and pepper and some was dropped into the bag. What did I get? 4 packs of BBQ sauce I didn't request and won't use. 2 packs of horsey sauce, minimum for 2 sandwiches. 1 salt and 3 peppers, enough salt for 1 sandwich and enough pepper for 1 1/2 sandwiches. I've had it! You people do a sorry job and this ain't the first time but it will be the last.
