If I could give a zero I would. I have been here many times, talked to the district manager several times. This is the second time in just a short time when there is NO ice cream. Yesterday there was 3 flavors, today I tried to call to see if they had ice cream no one answered. Multiple times they don’t even have chocolate. Whoever is running this needs to be fired. This place has been terrible since they opened in this location. I have asked several times to get a certain flavors and I have just been ignored. Unfortunately, even corporate will do nothing about this. This makes me very sad, as Baskin Robbins used to have standards.

i came in 2 hours before close for ice cream and all the ice cream was put away and the staff rolled their eyes at me :( i'm sorry besties i just wanted a sweet treat sorry to inconvenience you 2 hours before you close 💔 if you hate your job that much leave babe!

Update your hours. If you’re going to put away most of the ice cream an hour and a half before close and act like paying customers are an inconvenience, rolling your eyes at them, and sighing when they come in to try and buy a treat then maybe you shouldn’t advertise being open til 10pm when your staff acts like you close at 8:30pm.

How is either a drink flavor sold out or there are no more than 4-6 ice cream flavors. I thought it was a one off but tried again 2 weeks later, still out of stock?

We were hesitant after reading the other reviews but took the chance and we are glad we did. No one was rude, they had all the flavors we wanted, and the order was filled in a timely manner. Leo and Kerin were friendly and greeted us with a smile. My son says it was the best ice cream he ever tasted. Will be coming back.

They never answer their phone. When placing an order for an ice cream cake the person didn't know what she was doing. And then I got a cake I did not ask for. Was suppouse to be Snow White. And it had flowers on it? Very disappointed !

I ordered an Oreo cappuccino blast for my boyfriend and it has coconut in it. He is allergic to coconut so when he took a drink his throat immediately started closing up. Mind you it doesnt state that there is coconut in it at all. Ot needs to be stated in their ingredients!

Hours should be updated to closes at 8pm because most of the ice creams are put away and the staff rolls their eyes and are rude if you order a milkshake 2 hours before closing.

The lady that helped me with my order of World class chocolate ice cream Failed to come to me after I ordered my shake to check the back room to see if she had the ice cream I wanted. The store was dirty also.

Every time I go to baskin robins / dunkin for ice cream since they’ve been opened I have yet to have a good experience, not once have they had all “31 flavors” and any ice cream I’d ask for they would not have, and even with the toppings, never do they have hot fudge and then a banana split they never have bananas and at this point it’s like well what do you guys have. You’re honestly better off going to Caliches or Sonic if you are having a sweet tooth. Dunkin’ was always a hit and miss with there chocolate frosted donuts but I will say they have made a huge improvement with their donut availability. We don’t have much in this town so when you can’t even have an ice cream place ran properly, it’s pretty disappointing. What is the point in going to an ice cream place when they don’t even have half of the product or something’s always “broken and not working”. I’d love to see this place be successful but it really needs changes.
