Just went in today 2-20-2026 they are still out of ice cream and said they will not have it until the first of march. There is no manager or shift lead to talk to. They can not answer the phone as it is locked in the office when the daytime manager leaves.

The 3rd time I have went there and they tell me they are out of ice cream, basic flavors like chocolate. You wait in a 15 min line to order and they don’t have anything. Out of donuts now out of ice cream. The staff isn’t friendly either. Won’t be going back.

I was ignored when I came in by all the works. Only served when another employee came out from the back. They weren’t even busy so to be ignored and for them to be as rude as they were was unacceptable.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been here many times, talked to the district manager several times. This is the second time in just a short time when there is NO ice cream. Yesterday there was 3 flavors, today I tried to call to see if they had ice cream no one answered. Multiple times they don’t even have chocolate. Whoever is running this needs to be fired. This place has been terrible since they opened in this location. I have asked several times to get a certain flavors and I have just been ignored. Unfortunately, even corporate will do nothing about this. This makes me very sad, as Baskin Robbins used to have standards.

i came in 2 hours before close for ice cream and all the ice cream was put away and the staff rolled their eyes at me :( i'm sorry besties i just wanted a sweet treat sorry to inconvenience you 2 hours before you close 💔 if you hate your job that much leave babe!

Update your hours. If you’re going to put away most of the ice cream an hour and a half before close and act like paying customers are an inconvenience, rolling your eyes at them, and sighing when they come in to try and buy a treat then maybe you shouldn’t advertise being open til 10pm when your staff acts like you close at 8:30pm.

How is either a drink flavor sold out or there are no more than 4-6 ice cream flavors. I thought it was a one off but tried again 2 weeks later, still out of stock?

We were hesitant after reading the other reviews but took the chance and we are glad we did. No one was rude, they had all the flavors we wanted, and the order was filled in a timely manner. Leo and Kerin were friendly and greeted us with a smile. My son says it was the best ice cream he ever tasted. Will be coming back.

They never answer their phone. When placing an order for an ice cream cake the person didn't know what she was doing. And then I got a cake I did not ask for. Was suppouse to be Snow White. And it had flowers on it? Very disappointed !

I ordered an Oreo cappuccino blast for my boyfriend and it has coconut in it. He is allergic to coconut so when he took a drink his throat immediately started closing up. Mind you it doesnt state that there is coconut in it at all. Ot needs to be stated in their ingredients!
