Blake's Lotaburger

Ordered 3 burgers, got surcharged 50% for a slice of cheese and bacon.

When I got home they only put 2 burgers in the bag. Tried to call but only got voicemail.

The server named Michael was on his cell phone while taking our order and got it wrong. The food and fries were lukewarm at best. No green chili's on burgers. Store 062 far from. Our usual experience.

I haven’t come to this Blakes in years when we would pass through Alamogordo. I was a little disappointed because I could barely hear the lady taking our order as her voice is very soft. We had to lean way over to hear her. The root beer needed to be changed so I got Pepsi, which wasn’t much better. The hamburger was big, chili was good, but the meat needed more seasoning so I added salt. The best part was the fries.

The food was perfect, and the new staff was wonderful. Each of the burgers had numbers on the wrapping. There was no mistaking what was what. The place was clean and service quick. Best place to grab burgers in town .

They seam to not be able to follow an order. No mustard means no mustard. No pickles means no pickles. Where did mayo come from as it wasn't on the Lota Burger to start with.

Cashier didn’t put my order in right causing me to buy fries on the side 🙄 then waited nearly over 20 minutes for the fries. I saw the frier full, saw buddy drop fresh fries and season them after they were done. Just to keep waiting🥲 they remodeled but the service got worse?🤔

Not the Lotaburger I remember. The burger was mostly bun, and dry at that. Meat had no flavor. Water from fountain was brown.
Tables not clean even with three staff members behind the counter doing nothing.
Chair was broken (missing foot).
Overall the place was dirty and not well maintained.
Woman at register was apathetic at best.
We won't be going back as there are too many other burger joints that are much better.

Awesome green chile cheese burgers!!!

How hard is it to put egg into a burrito? Not the first time has happened. Can't call because it is a stupid computer. Then makes you leave a message they will never answer. If you go in person they just give you an attitude because they messed up. Trash service trash people.
