The food kind of sucks now, and since they reopened, the lotaburger went to kid sized burgers. Decreased in size and increased in price? Why?

Tried Blake's tonight and it was pretty good. I had the New Mexico Style "Lota Burger Meal". The burger was pretty good and it had a nice kick. I read the reviews of some of postings, but I took a chance and actually liked the burger. Prices were reasonable compared to some of the other burger joints I noticed in town. Next time in town, I'll stop again.

We had the fish basket and the green chile burger with onion rings. All were very good and cooked to order. Place was very clean! Employees friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to open up the doors on warm afternoons as the sun is very hot coming through the glass when closed!

The place was filthy.They over charged us for food. Wanted just a burger, they charged me for a meal and said that was just the way it had to be rung up. They wouldn’t listen when i said I didn’t want a meal.Don’t go here unless you want to pay extra for food you didn’t order.

Big change since the last time I visited. Very BIG IMPROVEMENT and I will return.
This was my first trip to New Mexico. 45 years ago, a friend told me that Lotaburger is the best. 45 years later, I finally tried it and he is right. Amazing burger, fries, and onion rings. The service was great too. Wish Lotaburger was in Utah.

Took 20 minutes to get my order and then it was cold. Instead of helping to fill orders, they just kept taking more.
Soda dispenser was on the fritz but the staff taking orders kept giving customers cups of ice even after being shown the dispenser.Burgers had stiff buns (or perhaps old). I don't recall if Blake's toasts their buns but these were not toasted. I remember having burgers that had wonderful soft buns that contains everything and could not soak up all the juice. Not this store!

Been coming here for two years since I moved out here. Never had an issue, my visit today was less than desirable as the staff was unatentive and kept passing me off saying "well be right with you." As they continued their personal conversations. 10 minutes later a lady came out from the back, I think her name was marrisa? And provided me the worst customer service from a fast food cashier I think I've ever had. I won't be giving my business or recommending anyone to this location again.

The food is highly overpriced for what it is the wait, horrendous. The general manager is never there during the day only at night I’ve never seen a place like that and then to boot the district manager tells their employees they’re not allowed to discuss their wages. It’s against company policy which I sincerely hope it’s actually not against company policy since if it is, that policy is in and of itself, a federal misdemeanor and against, the law.
