If you're going to White Sands or passing through, stop here and get something, you won't be disappointed. The food is amazing, Bryan is such a warm, caring person, and you get a great view of the mountains. One thing to note, Byran is a one man show and he's popular, so you might have to wait for a bit if you get there and there's already a line. But don't be shy, talk to him, he's got some fun stories to tell and it's worth the wait!
We reached Bryan’s truck right at closing time. I called ahead and asked him if there were any vegetarian options available. He curated a sandwich on a pita bread which was absolutely delicious. The potato salad was 10/10 as well! Initially I was skeptical of the 5 star reviews but after eating his food, I can see why others have rated it so well! Highly recommended for vegetarians visiting White Sands/Alamogordo.

I was lost after some of my travel plans got messed up and ended up at Bryn's. Not only was the food fantastic, but he helped me put together a great alternate it itinerary and gave me great advice about the area. He made me a custom veggie platter (plenty of vegetarian and vegan options) and I enjoyed it at White Sands. This spot is a must go if you are in the area. 10/10. Go for the food and for the great person behind it ❤️

For my birthday I wanted to go to the highest rated restaurant around. That turned out to be Bry's, he made me something special from the secret menu, he doesn't have a name for it but it's a biscuit breakfast sandwich In bowl smothered in gravy. It was amazing, so good. I also threw in some soup as a birthday gift, not sure what kind of soup it was but it was amazing too. Thanks Bry, you made my B-Day.

We stumbled upon Bry’s Lunchbox on our way out of town and we are so glad that we did! We went for breakfast and got the “trust me” and “sourdough breakfast sandwich”. The food is AMAZING and you can tell Bry loves what he does. Our only regret is not finding it earlier to be able to enjoy more of the delicious food. We will definitely find an excuse to be back some day! If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal You NEED to stop at Bry’s!!!

This is a little food truck in a Walmart parking lot. But don't let the humble backdrop fool you. The food is delicious, and the owner/chef is such an amazing person! We did the 'trust me' option, and ended up coming back for more the next day. Bryan's local recommendations were spot-on as well.Absolute must-stop in Alamogordo, or even if you're passing by on the way to White Sands or Lincoln National Forest.
Bryan had just closed when I walked up to check out what he had. I asked him about the soup of the day which he said was pazole. I told him I had never had it and he promptly said you have to try it and let me try a generous sample that was delicious so I ordered a bowl. Had a nice conversation with him, very accommodating and super food! Thanks
