My family and I visited on a Tuesday at around 9pm, not very busy. There was only one or two people waiting tables at the time and they were working hard and fast, all the workers we talked to were very cheery. Food tasted good to me, full of heart disease and American spirit. Vibes were great.

I order on line big mistake, we ordered the 20 for 19.99 tradition wings only got 19 no Fries my chicken tenders were suppose to be 5 only got 4 and no dipping sauce way to go BBW !!!

It’s been a year and a half since I’ve been here but still sticks in my mind how terrible of an experience I had here. Worst most disrespectful service I’ve ever had and didn’t get any of our 4 orders correct.

This is the first time we went to this location. We get seated right away, the only thing that we were not happy is the service. The waitress that helps us, shes nice! but its just, shes not paying attention to us, we ordered bottomless appetizers, we asked her multiple times for a refill, we just got tired of waiting. And I never get the side salad that I ordered. I know its busy, I understand that, but hopefully next time, they need to pay attention to the customer thats been seated already. We got tired of asking, we just pay and left. Maybe she's just very busy that day. I don't know. Otherwise the food is good. We enjoy the food. Maybe will not be going there for awhile.

Alamogordo BWW's, hash fresh food and a friendly atnosphere. Everything you'd expect from a typical BWW's, but I definitely have to say the food was good and fresh. Please was a bit short staffed but a big shout out to EmmaLee for killing it as the only one working the floor.

For a company that advertises so much, you’d think their food would taste better. Chips couldn’t possibly be more saturated with salt, charged me for another chips and salsa when I just wanted more salsa. Wendy’s burgers are better, and cost half as much. The potato wedges were pretty good, but when I asked for some hot sauce, they said they didn’t have any, but I could order one of their specialty sauces for 60 cents. This place sucks!!

Also, they were playing rerun NFL games and gymnastics on the big TVs when there were NBA finals games on. Weird. Again, this place sucks.

If someone gave me a gift card to this place… I’d probably use it to buy a beer. That’s the one thing they managed to NOT screw up, although now that I think about it, the beer was 2 fingers from the top and there wasn’t any foam, like it was sitting at the bar for 10 minutes before the waitress brought it to our table. So, in summary, as I previously stated, this place sucks!!

I’ve worked long enough as a line cook to know it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get an order of wings out. Even if there’s a large party, to-go orders take priority. That’s 30 minutes of my life I won’t be getting back cause of poor prioritization. At the very least if the kitchen is backed up, have the basic courtesy to inform us the wait will be long.
