Much love to ruby and the crew on August 2nd at like 11pm. We came in, everyone was super friendly and the food took us MAX five mins. At least that’s how it felt. Food was very hot, and the drinks cold! Had a bit too much to eat. I wasn’t a fan of BK before but after today Ruby got me to download the app. Much love team!

Had called ahead for a collection they have and they do have it in stock. So I made an order to get the collection. Didn't get the new release that came out so I decided to go in and ask. But they said they wouldn't sell it till they got rid of their old one. Even though I specifically asked for it. Food has definitely gone down hill in quality over the years. They fixed this place up but it's so empty. They also couldn't find my order right away and had to give my name several times. Lady at the window seemed upset at me when she did hand me my food. Pretty disappointed in my experience and I'll not be giving my money to them any time soon. Other places have better food and service.

My first time ever attempting to eat at burger King was awful. Now I see why this store has bad reviews. I ordered on the app not knowing anything about their menu. I ordered on single burger and did not realize until I got to the store that mustard by default gets put on it. Well I have an allergy to mustard and I asked them nicely to remake it for obvious reasons... the lady said we can't because you placed it for pick up not drive through. Long story short I wasted my money because don't want a trip to the hospital and drove off without my burger because I can't eat it, so thanks...

Waited almost 7 minutes to wait on me. Three filling orders for drive up and phone ins. Never even look up to front counter.. Finally Lisa came in from outside and asked if I had been waited on. When they called my name for the order, the young man never even acknowledged me or said Thank you. Such a disappointment. Lisa is the only one who does her job

Use to be my got to restaurant in every city but this one they always serve me stale buns or stale breakfast also never have ice cream machine when I ask for it. Just a bunch of druggies who don’t take pride in the food they serve not a good taste or look for the corporation.

The food was good.
I asked MULTIPLE times that my burger be cut in half.
I have a very bad hand injury.
I asked AGAIN, when I picked up the food at the counter if it was cut.
The young man asked the young lady in the back who rudely replied OF COURSE she did!!
I was picking up inside, but was eating on the road with my husband.
Needless to say, it was NOT CUT!!
It was extremely difficult for me....
So I just didn't eat.

Had the worst experience with BK this morning. I needed 14 breakfast sandwiches, and knowing that would take some time, I placed an order ONE HOUR in advance of my requested pick-up time. When I arrived at the location, my order had not even been started. The two employees could not comprehend what my order was and had to stop to reread and verbally recount the sandwiches (I ordered biscuits and croissants, with bacon or sausage on each. Not a complicated order.) and were verbally recounting incorrectly each time. They then only had 4 biscuits. I waited 20 minutes for them to scramble around trying to count breakfast sandwiches repeatedly. When they gave me my bag, there were still only 13 sandwiches. My final order wasn't even close to correct. This whole situation was ridiculous as I deliberately had the consideration to order well in advance so that the workers weren't overwhelmed trying to make 14 sandwiches on short notice. Definitely will not order from here again.

What a disgusting place. I'm almost glad we didn't get our food after giving up after waiting for 20 mins. (They were not busy at all.) The "manager" was so gross we didn't even want to get close enough to her to get a refund, as she was hacking all over the counter and customers while berating the stoned staff like a trailer trash drill sergeant.
