My husband and daughter both are door dash drivers and often need to pick up orders from Carl's Jr, but every time they go there in the evening to pick up orders, the doors are locked, theres a note on the door that says drive thru only, but if you go to the drive thru they have a big bread cart pushed into the drive thru lane so no one can drive into the drive thru. We've had to bang on the door or go to the back door and find the workers cleaning and ask for our order many times. Tonight the doors were locked and the drive thru had a paper taped over the speaker that said "sorry, we can accept cash only at this time" or something like that. smh

How is this place still open? This is probably the worst fast food restaurant in Alamogordo! I can’t believe every single time we have went there is always an issue, “speaker not working”, “sorry we are out of everything you wanted to order!”, the employees watch you pull up while smoking cigarettes and don’t acknowledge you. Like I said I’m very surprised this place is still open!

Worst Carls Jr hands down. Better off to be hungry. Drive thru down and took 30 minutes to get to point of placing my order. Couldn’t back out due to cars behind me. Food was cold yet burnt. Lettuce was brown and the employees acted like “Deal with it”. Skip this place unless you like rude people, cold food yet burnt, and a long wait. Drive thru has been down for quite some time according to other reviews.

We arrived at this location at 10pm, outside sign says drive thru is open 24 hours, the door says the lobby is open until 11, but when we tried to enter the doors were locked and we could see an employee just standing behind the counter. We went through drive thru, speaker is broke. We continued to the window and the customer before us got their order, but when we got to the window to order we were told they close at 10:30, and it was 10:15. Highly disappointed for a first time experience with the Carl’s Jr brand, 10/10 don’t recommend this location.

Okay, where do I start? We walked in about 12:25 pm. The place was empty, and that should have warned us. The tall stools were still upside down on the tables like they were about to close. We ordered about $35 worth of food; 2 double famous star lettuce wrapped meals and 2 kids cheeseburger meals. The burger patties were burnt beyond recognition, leathery, and tasteless. Only 1 slice of cheese should have been 2. Where is the seasoning? The lettuce was in tiny pieces, unable to pick up and eat. Fries were cold.
It sounded like a television playing a documentary in the kitchen. It's probably a documentary about lazy worker bees.

Went at 1250 and ordered inside. Didn't receive food until 125. Very slow service. They weren't even busy when we got there. One other family inside that had already ordered. They over looked our order and missed one of the 2 burgers. So another group that had 4 burgers got their order ahead of us. The manager on shift was very apologetic and offered us some desserts to compensate. No thank you we will not be back.
