Pulling up to the drive thru I did see an employee in a Carl’s Jr shirt go into their car and begin to see smoke arise from the car. I waited 10 minutes to attempt to get my order taken. Nobody arrived, so I ended up going to the window: nobody. So I pull up to the front and the door is locked. Employee unlocks door, and asks me if I was the one in drive thru line. I say yes, and he said that his manager was in his car. Not sure what that had to do with me or getting my order taken. Finally got my order, and they forgot to give me my other lettuce wrapped burger, AND the one I did get was smothered in mayonnaise. Waste of my lunch time and money. Thanks Carls jr.

My friend was adamant I try Carl’s Jr. before leaving town, and she did my tastebuds a solid. Very delicious burger and waffle fries. The eating area and bathroom were both clean!

Closed at 8:53 on a Friday night. And the hours posted say 8:00am till ---- with no closing time for posted! But don't worry it says open 24 hours in the drive-thru so I guess it's okay to close without a closing time.

Me and my husband love the milkshakes here! Always fresh fries and real bacon on the yummy burgers 😋- once we almost completed pulled away and left part of the order- nice man from behind the counter chased our car down in the parking lot to give it to us! Great service over all

After getting our food and upon getting home we found out that we did not recieve the double famous cheeseburger. I tried calling and no answer. Make sure you check what you get, so you dont have to go through not getting what you paid for.

Not open during their posted hours, they close the doors and stop manning the drive through whenever they feel like it *especially* at night. They'll still take your money and order in the app and once you arrive there's no employees, even sitting in the drive through honking your horn at the window. I've had to go inside during daytime hours to get Service since nobody helped me in the drive through. Service is below the bare minimum, if you ever get your order the food is standard taste.
