Their ribs were burnt. I could not even eat them. The ranch dressing was runny like water. I've never seen anything like that before. I understand that I got the chips to go, but they don't even wear them up. It's my first time ever getting the chips to go. So, maybe that's standard, i don't know i honestly don't see myself ever eating at Chile's again. This is my second time, and both times the ribs were inedible

We just had the nicest dinner and experience tonight at this particular chilis & I just wanted to give kudos to this team, our server and the franchise! From start to finish it was a 5 star visit. I have been to Chili’s many many times and this probably is my top experience. The food was excellent and I had to say I was shocked with how fast the service was. Damon was our server tonight, and he was polite, extremely efficient, and excellent to cater to all of our requests! The team that help with expediting the appetizers and meals was quick, polite and helpful. We ordered the ribs and the were made to perfection- just total satisfaction all the way. This team is a great crew and a great representation of quality service and teamwork. 5 stars

I'm not Happy at all about the removal of corn in the cob or Mexican street corn, this is some BS!! You say Child is a TX Mex Grill?? Give us back our corn on the cob and street Corn this isn't New York,!!! SMH

I'm plant based. They have a southwest burger that with a few adjustments is vegan friendly. I think it might be cooked on the same surface as their regular burgers, but im just happy for the option.

This is a really good Chili's. Only our 2nd time here, since we are out of town. The hostess was great. Our waiter was awesome and the food was great, as expected. We had a great late lunch.
