Their ribs were burnt. I could not even eat them. The ranch dressing was runny like water. I've never seen anything like that before. I understand that I got the chips to go, but they don't even wear them up. It's my first time ever getting the chips to go. So, maybe that's standard, i don't know i honestly don't see myself ever eating at Chile's again. This is my second time, and both times the ribs were inedible

We just had the nicest dinner and experience tonight at this particular chilis & I just wanted to give kudos to this team, our server and the franchise! From start to finish it was a 5 star visit. I have been to Chili’s many many times and this probably is my top experience. The food was excellent and I had to say I was shocked with how fast the service was. Damon was our server tonight, and he was polite, extremely efficient, and excellent to cater to all of our requests!...

I'm not Happy at all about the removal of corn in the cob or Mexican street corn, this is some BS!! You say Child is a TX Mex Grill?? Give us back our corn on the cob and street Corn this isn't New York,!!! SMH
