This place has the most absolute rudest staff ever. The manager has no idea how to run a store. They leave your drink sitting to melt while completing four other orders before they get to your food. Excuse always is they’re busy. No you have no idea how to do things in order. District owner really doesn’t seem too concerned when you call and tell him that the staff is rude. Do not go here!! go to daylight donuts or any other place in town.

The staff is great, but the filled doughnuts are lackluster. A half teaspoon of cream or jelly for filling and tasted stale. I don't know what happened to the way they make them but when you order a half dozen of filled doughnuts and 2 of 6 have NO filling at all, something is wrong.

Obviously they don't know the difference between a jelly donut and a marshmallow filled donut 🤢 . Also, the iced latte had more ice in the cup than latte. Finally, the staff sure didn't seem like they were in any hurry to take my order, but to be fair there were all of four people inside which must have been overwhelming to organize all those orders 🙄

The usual Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins indulgence, but what makes it special is when Addison is serving it. She has the kind of infectious attitude and smile that makes you happy to order something.

We stopped by for iced coffees and a donut each. The woman working was really great and even helped with suggestions. I got an Butter Pecan with blueberry iced coffee, and my husband got a Butter Pecan iced coffee. They were really good.

The ladys that were working when I stopped by were amazing. It was pretty busy but they were doing everything in such a good time and everything was delicious. I've tried this place before and wasn't happy before. I'm glad I gave it a second chance. Big thank you to the girlies. I definitely will be stopping by more.

now idk the names of the young guy and girl who worked the shift i came in for today to get some work done (saturday, june 7th, around 5:30pm-7:15pm), but they’re amazing. it got super busy because the starbucks next door closed early and it was just the two of them and they killed it. a whole van of 20 indecisive people showed up, plus a drive thru, and they handled it with such grace and efficiency! not to mention they were so friendly and polite despite everything, answering the menial questions customers asked, like wow. idk what they’re getting paid but give them a raise for real.

Literally ordered from here a handful of times. First time we went in person the girl at the window was completely unprofessional and was too busy giggling with her coworkers to realize she spilled hot coffee on my husband. I had to yell at her to actually get her attention after asking her for napkins for him over 4 times. Today we ordered DoorDash from here and there was a long brown hair in my bagel with cream cheese. I tried calling the store to let them know but got forbid they answer the phone. I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled.
