People who work here are always rude without any direct provocation. Coffee is gross and costs more than their neighbors next door for lesser quality. Inside is cute if you have kids and want to sit down but don't expect the ladies there to be nice to you

They must be trying to cut costs on product, I've never seen a donut with icing so thin it's transparent before. Our whole box was like this

We were rushed while ordering. We ordered several breakfast items and a coffee. Sandwich was very cold and I took a bite right after they handed it to me. I've been ordering the same exact iced coffee at Dunkins in other locations for many years and they are consistent. This location gave me almond milk with too many pumps of syrup.

Worst donuts I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen donuts iced this cheaply. It doesn’t help that they were drier than the Sahara. Will not be returning. Daylight donuts in Alamogordo is a better choice if you want donuts.

I ordered a large iced latte with an extra shot of espresso for near 7 bucks. I received essentially milk and too much ice. I also mentioned that it looked more light (like almost only milk) than this drink usually comes from other Dunkin' locations, and I was met with a very stern defensive stand, that the drink I received had "2 large shots" of espresso in it, with no option given to maybe remake it or add some more espresso to make the drink look and taste like it has some espresso in it. Come on.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin' in the continental US. I have been tonthisnlocation dozens of times and they have gotten my coffee incorrect almost every time. They never put the sweetener in it, ever. And this is for a mobile drive thru order. Additionally youbwouldnthinkna coffee ship would be quick. I placed an order, 12 minutes later I get to the drive through, and proceed to sit for 17 minutes before getting my order. No apology for the delay, non hustle from any of the staff. Hey here is an idea... drink some coffee and get a move on!

While I love Dunkin I wholeheartedly don’t recommend this location. Horrible service— you’ve been warned! There was a mix up with my door dash order (missing items) and they were very RUDE when I called and not willing to work toward a resolution at all. They blamed door dash and the dasher (poor guy!) - basically, they blamed everyone but themselves and then hung up! Unacceptable behavior! I won’t be going back and make sure to share my very bad experience with friends and family. You need to do better! Listen to your customers when they have a problem- they’re the reason you have a paycheck!
