Dutch Bros Coffee

Let me just start with I LOVE Dutch Bros regardless…. everytime I go, I am coincidentally lucky to have my orders taken/made by Shift Lead Ilyana, Alex, and Sara. With that being said they ALWAYS make the environment so welcoming, they give more than exceptional customer service, and the drinks ALWAYS come out on point! Thank you :)

I'm loving these kids at Dutch Bros! Definitely a good alternative to Starbucks, although the iced and blended coffee have SO many calories... I love that we can order on the app now! Even when they are packed here, they really whip out the coffee ???

Today I had the pleasure of waiting 20 min here to be served. To make matters worse the car ahead of me and the girl working the window spent 5 minutes chatting after she hands her the drink order.

when I get to the window I mention it and she says “that’s just how it is here. Have a blessed day” hands me my drink and walks away.

What? The line is 10 cars deep and it’s a priority for your employees to chat with their friends rather than serving customers in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is slow enough already which is why I rarely visit. Then you add employees having personal conversations at the window. It’s one thing to have the usual chit chat but this was beyond that

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while but life gets busy, but I have to say out of having a busy life going to Dutch on my good and bad days has always been something I’ve made time for. They’re always so friendly and I never have to wait too long. My drinks are always consistently good and everyone always seems so happy. Even when I’ve pulled up crying they left me laughing so I will always support them 100%. Keep being awesome guys!

The people that work here are some of the nicest and friendliest around! I've never had to wait very long in line as they are working as fast as they can to keep the line moving and I'm there like almost everyday lol

Took 15mins to make an iced coffee. They seem more obsessed about having a cool vibe behind the counter than making drinks in a timely manner. Waste of time and money. Terrible service.

Everything at this location is perfect. The staff is AMAZING. However the music is WAY to loud I've left with a headache a time or two.

SO GOOD. We just moved to Almagordo and first time trying Dutch Bros. We’ve gone already about 20x :) staff is very friendly (mostly the women) the only complaint is the service is sooOoo slow. You will be sitting in your car for at least 30 minutes. That’s frustrating because sometimes you just want to grab a quick coffee before going somewhere but it ends up being such a long wait. I won’t be back if I see cars in line, I’ll only go now if I see no line.
