Stopped in to Dutch Bros, I always hesitate because sometimes their drinks are made perfect sometimes they’re not made correctly at all. Took my chances today and ordered a cotton candy rebel iced, got a drink that doesn’t taste anything like cotton candy lol and my drink was green. I wish the times that I’m craving Dutch Bros, they would make my drink correctly.

Adore the staff. Sweet people. They pay attention and care about their work. Love sticker days. And merch days too. My favorites are the golden eagle double blended and the hypercrome rebel with strawberry Boba.

I am in Alamogordo visiting family. I am for south south Texas. The Lady that took my order was super nice and welcoming yet when my drink was brought to me by some strung out guy. I ordered a medium chocolate milk no ice. What I received was a medium cup half full when I asked why he snickered and said “oh that’s where the ice is supposed to be” ridiculous.

I’ve never had anything but great service here. Yes they get really busy and sometimes there is a wait but the employees are always upbeat and friendly. It’s nice going to a place that recognizes their repeat customers.

Walked up to window and wasn't acknowledged not a greeting not a hello not a nothing. I waited patiently for the employee to finish making the drink still had an attitude about me being at the window then dismissed me. After that a different employee came and finally greeted me and gave me my drink that had already been sitting there for a while. Bad service never coming here again.

The coffee is great and all? But I'm not trying to sit in the drive through for an hour for a cup of coffee. Nobody ever came out to try and take orders. And there were at least twelve cars in the drive.Through, nobody is going to wait that long.No matter how good the coffee is, do better

I watched 6 cars be serviced before me because I chose the wrong lane, servers should take in orders first come first serve. I waited 40 minutes to get my drink. In fact, I ordered food from Matteo’s down the street and was notified it was ready for pick up 20 minutes before I got my drink. If I hadn’t been stuck in the line, I would have left. My server was very kind which is the only reason I decided to up my stars to 2.

Employees at this location are in dire need of customer service training. It's a shame that there are fewer than a handful of employees at this location who are polite. The majority are incredibly rude. Many of the employees gossip and whisper about customers in front of them. So much for radiating positivity.

This is the worst experience I've had. I was 3rd in line and they waved on 5 cars that were behind me. I thought I'd just try something new but I'll stick with Starbucks.
After seeing all the bad reviews, I made the correct choice

The drive thru employee with purple streak in his hair, kept on talking for more than 5 mins about personal gossip with the car in front. We were patient, but had to leave without ordering. He acted confused about why we would leave.
