What can you say about Eddie‘s burritos? Alamogordo should have a place like this on every corner but for some reason it doesn’t. Therefore you are left with Eddie to provide you with the new Mexican sustenance that you should naturally be endowed with by living in such an austere locale. Eddie’s is Homey and the ladies are nice. Breakfast burritos top notch but I would avoid the french fries. Carne Asada is muy Bueno

Not worth the money....! Had purchased 2 large menudo with extra onion cilantro I didn't receive the cilantro, I got a small container of onion and two 1/4 slices of lime granted for 2large cups of menudo. Once I realized I had no cilantro called they said they don't give cilantro but oregano and I didn't receive the oregano as well. I ended up having to send my son back for onion and more lime and cilantro I got one small container each enough for only one of the menudos. Upon opening up my cup I noticed alot of oil sitting on top and stirred it up a little and seen there was possibly less then a third of the cup of the tripe and hominy. If not for the cilantro, oregano from my house ,the lime and onions I put into my large cup I'd be sipping on tasteless chili. So far I've tried different restraunts that serve menudo and I'd go with hacienda at least there I can season my soup for taste and get a large portion of meat and hominy to go with my meal plus cilantro onion and plenty of it.. The only good thing I had with the meal was the auathentic bread. It was smaller then I thought but good. I won't be ordering from Eddie's for menudo.

Absolutely spectacular food! Highly recommend! I had the chili relleno burrito with beans. My husband had the Carne Asada and it was so fantastic he went back for a second!

Would be 5/5 if they were open at times posted. Came here once amazing burritos tied again at 11 the rest of week and closed ??? Why are u closed at 11 when your phone and gmaps says 2pm. Waisted time getting here from jobsite for no food. Not sure why closed as dozens of other were showing up just as disappointed as us.

Awesome quick lunch spot. It's like subway for burritos- you choose your meat, and then what additional options you want. The carne asada tastes real good and they have fresh horchata! Awesome grab and go lunch spot

The green Chile plate had cold beans and rice with tasteless pork. The Chile was old tasting. I’m not picky but the whole plate was pretty bad.We had a large bowl of menudo too and left most of that there. Tasteless hominy with very little meat.Sad Sad Mexican foodLots of other places to eat

Ordered a breakfast burrito which was just egg and sausage nothing else. A considerably small burrito for $6 mostly tortilla. The eggs were cold, not worth the high price! Go to Blake's their sooooooo much better!

Eddie's burritos is the best Mexican food you're gonna find in Alamogordo, NM. Love their barbacoa and breakfast burritos.

Pretty tasty burritos. These are definitely more like Mexican burritos than California-style burritos. They are smaller, and have fewer things in them unless you specifically request additional items.

Not sure if they're understaffed or lack a operating system. But when I drove up to the drive thru window, I heard about 3 songs before I was ever acknowledged and told they'll be right with me. Granted I would of understood if it was a slow day and they didn't have a sensor on their drive thru but that was not the case here. I was in line with other cars behind me before I pulled up to the window. Their service person had seen the cars piling up. Anywho the person who took my order was nice and professional. Was told to park on the side of drive thru and they'll bring my order to the car. The same lady who took my order brought it to me and apologized for the wait. As for the food I ordered not to great. Menudo was all broth and homey, maybe like 2 or 3 tiny meat slices. The barbacoa was dry with little favor on a store bought low quality corn tortilla. Luckily the salsa helped it. I don't know if I'll return here, for sure I won't order the same again.
